i think she is one of those thinner actress that, IS THIN, but doesnt have an anorexic look..
i mean, she's so full of energy and full of life..
shes so energitic and healthy looking..
unlike some celebs out there today, they look like the can b blown away in the slightest wind..
i love her body figure, there's no woner she was a model..

i think yoyo's been amazing lately..
i've been so impressed with her improvements, since lately everyone's so called improvements hasnt even budged me.. i mean, horrible!!
after seeing yoyo in TCB it was no doubt that i have fallen for her as an actress already..
even though she did awesome in AR as Bobby's love interest (she've bewitched me, well her character n her proformance of course)..

i cannot wait until she comes out with more series, since lately i have quit so much TVB series all b/c of unsatisfing proformances.. if yoyo was to show up i'll definitely watch!!

The Chronicles of Yoyo Mung

In the past, many news regarding Yoyo Mung Ka Wai took a tragic focus. Since being born, if being given up by her parents was heaven's will, then not getting along with her mother and the frequent beatings that resulted would have left a shadow in Yoyo's life.

Often changing schools and being teased by the other students due to her unattractive appearance when she was a young girl, Yoyo could still tolerate these incidents. However, her half-sister's suicide and death last year and witnessing her brother hitting their grandmother were the two events which Yoyo has not been able to leave behind.

At one point, Yoyo was only focused on earning money; she believed that money would earn her respect and afford a more comfortable life for her grandmother. The stubborn Yoyo has undergone several turbulences in her love life. Three years ago, Yoyo fell into a depression and lost a significant amount of weight.

The Bible is correct in the sense that we should not dwell on the past.

Sporting a new short hairstyle, a newly reinvigorated Yoyo said that she became a Christian. "Now I think about the other person's perspective, which has made me a happier person. In the past, certain people did not treat me well, but perhaps it was due to circumstances beyond their control. Now I am a much happier person and much more relaxed!" said the 28-year-old Yoyo.

In Yoyo's Own Words

"In March 2005, I became a Christian and many things have had a good turnaround. I always held the belief to treat others well and not hurt them; this is a belief that is not set by religious boundaries."

"Sometimes I will be unhappy because I will treat others well but they will not return the same benign intentions. After believing in the Lord, I realized that perhaps those people have not come to understand me better yet, but it does not mean that they are wrong. I am no longer so stubborn in my perspective."

"In the past I worried about too many things. For example, I may have an acting job scheduled for next month, but I will worry about whether I will have work at the end of the year, causing me to become overly anxious. Now, I just focus on my current work first; no one is certain of the future and God will have his own arrangement."

"In the past, I was very stubborn, resulting in difficulty for people who worked with me. I only insisted on saying, 'No!' 'No!' 'No!' in the past. Now I will try to accept others' suggestions. If I like A and you like B, then I will try to do both A and B together!"

"I just want to focus on doing my job well and take care of my family. I bought life insurance at a very young age! Since I was taking care of my family, the life insurance policy would take care of me. I didn't want to trouble my family so I wanted to make sure that I took good care of myself. I have always felt that possessing the ability to take care of my family is my blessing."

"My Father Cried"

"When I was a child, I was not close to my elder brother nor sister. After we grew up, we realized that we should care for each other and will always gather together during holidays. I am a very traditional person and always celebrated Lunar New Year with my family. This year was the first exception. I worked too hard and needed a break. My family said they could handle the event details themselves. In the past, I would always be the one to decide where to eat and call all the relatives to plan the dinner."

"Since I was young, I have always been very close to my grandmother. Even if I am unhappy about work, I will control my own temperament and call her to chat. Of course the conversation would not be about work, but 'Grandma, I'm thinking of you! I really want to go 'yumcha' with you!' After chatting for awhile, all the anger and tension would disappear."

"But I also love my parents. Earlier, my father was hospitalized and our whole family rushed to see him. We were all very worried and at that moment, we realized how much we loved each other! My father is a stubborn person and kept insisting, 'I am not ill! I don't want to see the doctor!'

"After that incident, I said to my father, 'Dad, we all love you! Next time you don't feel well, let us take care of you!' Then he looked at us and cried."

Not Wanting a Conclusion

"Reflecting about my childhood, I was considered lucky! I was unattractive and unpopular when I was a child, due to my overly heavy eyebrows (double my current thickness!) and I wore thick glasses. I had a 'moustache' on my upper lip and sported a mushroom haircut. My childhood dream was not to become an actress, but to become a lawyer due to my rebellious personality. I broke the school's record by not handing in my homework assignments due to my lazy nature. Haha! I was always early for class, since I needed to copy the other students' homeworks each morning!"

"I don't understand how I spent my time at home after school? I remember that for a writing assignment, I did not hand it in for a whole year! The only homework that I always did was Math, which was my favorite subject. I remember in class one day, the teacher said that whichever student arrived at the quickest solution to the math problem would receive a prize. I was the first person to arrive at the answer, even beating the smartest student in the class. The teacher asked how I was able to figure out the solution and after explaining my method, she still did not understand. I was very angry and shouted at her, 'Give me back my paper! I don't want the prize anymore!' The teacher was shocked and chased after me."

"Haha! I was very stubborn! At the time, I'll rather forfeit my prize rather than have someone suspect me of cheating! I thought to myself at the time, 'I was the first one to come up with the answer! How could she suspect that I copied someone else's answer! I was very stubborn!"

"I am unable to be an accommodating woman. Right now, I am not thinking of romance. Whatever the Lord decides to give me is beyond my expectations. I said to an ex-boyfriend, 'I never thought about [getting married] with you. If we are not happy together, then how can I even think about end circumstances?' Please don't discussion such and such conclusions with me if I am dissatisfied about the [dating] process itself! Please don't speak of such nonsense!"

"Being with another person in a relationship is a difficult matter. Over the course of this year, my perspective has changed. In the past, I thought that I would never get married and have children. But if I meet the right person, I am willing to try it. The Lord said that marriage is not the ending to romance, but marriage is still a stage that is very distant in the future for me..."

Epilogue

In "Forensic Heroes," Yoyo played a character named "Siu Yau," who was a high-ranking police officer. But looking at the real life Yoyo, it is difficult to find that "wan yau" (femininity/ sensitivity) about her.

Yoyo does not have many feminine qualities about her and is one of the few actresses that wears little accessories. Her tone of voice is like a man's and her speech often terse and short. But Yoyo does hold a soft spot for her grandmother. "My grandmother's love is very straightforward and simple; I really can't ask for more!"

Yoyo's grandmother used half her life to care for and love Yoyo, so Yoyo's loyality and sensitivity towards her grandmother is expected and a blessing. At the end of the interview, Yoyo warned loudly, "Honestly I have dinner plans with a friend, so I wish to go home and freshen up first." Yoyo looked intently at the reporter, giving off the air of a 'Madam' (police officer).

Despite this, Yoyo stayed for another 10 minutes to finish the interview and smiled sweetly when saying goodbye.

hmm wow that sure is a tough child-hood life for Yoyo. Im glad now she's found her way to a happy, successful life and career now and has learned to enjoy life more and make it a lasting happier legacy. Not a Yoyo fan at all here- but just wanted to share this interesting read.

Anyhow, wish her the best of luck, happiness and success throughout her life and career. I can't imagine some of her past horrible experiences
Hopefully she'll fullfil the dream of getting her beloved grandma a nice comfortable house.

u should go watch Burning Flame 2, she's is also damn cute in there! As for Forensics Heroes, you could find them at neighbouring rental shops near your house.
