My pick for the second toughest fighter is Hui Juk/Xui Zhu
I recently rewatched DGSD since over 10 years ago so I had forgotten most of it. My god, talk about too much inner chi for one person to have. Hui Juk has chi from 3 of the toughest characters from DGSD. That's just insane. Too bad it is kinda wasted on him since he doesnt seem to want to learn any powerful art that would utilize his full power. But still chi in Wuxia means alot, and with chi 3x more than anyone, he is definitely the second toughest fighter out there.
