What would Gwok Jing have done with his life if there were no foreign threat?

In LOCH and ROCH, Gwok Jing dedicated his entire life to fighting against foreign tribes who were bent on invading his homeland. Imagine, however, Gwok Jing with his familiar characterization and martial arts skills, except in this alternate world, the Jin and the Mongols pose no threat to Sung China. Sung China is a military powerhouse and the Jins and Mongols have no interest in or capability to wage war against it.

If that is the case, what would Gwok Jing do with his life and his martial arts skills? Would he wander from town to town righting wrongs and upholding justice the way his nephew Yeung Gor did as the Divine Condor Hero, or would he have walked away from wulin to live a peaceful life as a herder or farmer?
