This is just out of curiosity, do you know Chinese? If yes, then you don't need to wait for any website to sub the drama and you can read news on the baidu or sina. I feel jealous I don't know Chinese, so every time I have to use the goolge translate, they translate the text literally word to word, so it often does not make sense.

That press conference was before filming started. Kevin was confirmed for the role already in October 2010. Maybe he was "preparing" for it? Heheh. I know Nicky was confirmed only in November 2010 (after he was done with his own studio production "The Perfect Husband") and they also had to wait for Yuan Hong to finish Ad World. BBJX filming started in early December 2010.

I think bald & crew cut looks ugly on pretty much everyone ... It takes a lot of confidence and guts to be willing to star in such a role if you're going the idol route. I know that Yan Kuan turned down the lead role (8th prince) in Gong/Palace because he didn't want such an ugly haircut.

I thought he turned the role down so he could focus on other [better] scripts? Yan Kuan is sporting a crew cut now lol has been for a while.
