Spoiled Princess-starring Alec Su
Production of: Jing Wen Showbiz
Year of Production: 2006 Cast: Alec Su You Peng as The Emperor Jang Na Ra as Shi Du Jing (Princess of the previous dynasty) Plot: Shi Du Jing is the princess of the previous dynasty, she was adopted by the Shi Du family (probably after the end of the previous dynasty). The Shi Du family loves princess Jing as if she was their own and therefore she grew up to be a cheerful yet kindhearted girl. But princess Jing loves freedom so sometimes she would dressed up as a man and explore the outside world. She also earned the nickname "Xiao Long Xia", translation: Little Lobster. One day she accidentally encountered the emperor who was in disguise. Alec also love to be free and he would sneak out sometimes to enjoy himself or to check on the peasant's life. The two fell in love but Alec had a lot of trouble concerning his country. And even though he is the emperor, Alec doesn't really have the reign. And when his country is in danger, Alec decided to give up his love. But when his uncle wanted Alec to give up his throne, princess Jing, princess An Ning, and Bai Yun Fei help him to protect his throne. Bai Yun Fei, who fell in love with princess Jing, was saved by princess An Ning during the war and he fell in love with her. As Yun Fei was no longer and obstacle between the emperor and princess Jing, princess Jing entered the palace and brought happiness to the cold and lonely palace... Even though I have bought this series...I haven't watched it yet so I don't know who is Bai Yun Fei, Princess An Ning, etc. I only translated the summary of this series...I'll add on more info when I watched this series. This has just finished filming if im not mistaken... another korean chinese collab, about an emperor (Alec Su, promoted from prince la hahaha) and a bratty princess (Zhang Na La, korean)... it seems a lil like HZGG to me.. but heh, we'll see how it is

Oh, i heard about this series recently too. When the press asked Jang Na Ra if she thinks compared to Vicki, who's acting is better, she quipped that Vicki has a better acting than she is. She had seen Vicki acts in HZGG and Na Ra simply admired her acting skills.

Chen Xiu Li is also in this series, I just saw the pic of Alec & her in her website. Darn, Chen Xiu Li looks horrible there

Really? It'll be funny since the 2 of them have to part in 'HSDS', it'll be exciting 2 see them as a couple, even though Chen Xiu Li looks cuter in HSDS

 Came across this pic while I was looking for info on Alec's new series. Looks pretty good! can't wait till it's out!!!....does anyone know if it's started airing in China or Taiwan??? Coz I think the filming should be done by now. I think the lead actress is a pretty famous Korean actress/singer- Jang Nara (the one in pink, on the right side of Alec). She released a Chinese album last year and have played in famous Korean series like "My Love Patzzi". She's pretty cute and quite likable but I think her cuteness is different to Vicki's. So...seems like she's gonna try and make another career breakthrough in China with this series....hehe I think he's supposed to be a prince/king of a reigning kingdom while Jang Nara plays the lost princess of the previous fallen kingdom.... |

Well, since Alec is the king, he can have as many concubines as he wants. But I think he loves Nara the most out of all of his wives.
