Eric was students' dream lover in those days. So many girls got besotted with his "Love Story Part One". Che Wan Wan got the first prize in New Talent Singing Contest. She is well known to be a Tarot diviner than a singer. It seems that they are entirely unrelated. In private they are very good friends and often try delicacies together. Che Wan Wan said that both she and Eric likes eating. "We would try anything that is tasty." For instance, they unanimously praised Che's barbecued pork bun highly since they are uncommon barbecued pork puff pastry. It is entirely the thought of Che Wan Wan. The puff pastry outside is the Mexican crust which is crispy and puffy. Just a slight bite will spread out a full plate of small scraps. Small cubes of barbecued pork is neither fat nor lean. The flavour of thick, glutinous gravy is just right. No wonder during the interview Eric finished one after another of barbecued pork puff pastry.

FISH MAW WITH ABALONE GRAVY WAS ESPECIALLY THICK. IT WAS CHE WAN WAN'S FAVORITE AND GOOD FOR SKIN.

They have known each other for years. Recently Wu Yue Cheng and Lin Xi, the two music makers have brought them together to sing a duet song titled "Zai Jian Yi Shi Lian Ren" ("We Would Still Be Lovers When We Meet Again") in their joint album called "Perfect Match". Che Wan Wan said, "We have known each other for a long time and can bring out the chemical effects when we sing this song. We always want to have our own duet song when we sing karaoke. It so happens that our dream can be actualized." Eric also smiled and said, "From now on, when we sing karaoke, Che Wan Wan won't force me to sing "It Would Be Past!", her duet song with Xu Zhi An. She will let me go!

ERIC LOVES SHARKS BUT DOESN'T EAT SHARK' S FINS.

In recent days, Eric and Che Wan Wan have been appearing as a couple in public to plug their new duet song. Naturally they often eat, drink and have fun together. "Previously I loved eating shark' s fins. But I seldom eat it these days because I feel that it will be unfair to sharks. So I have changed to eat abalone. Ha! Ha!", Eric said. On the other hand Che Wan Wan loves eating fish maw. "I love to eat food which has high gelatine. Moreover fish maw has the effect of beautifying our skin. Hence I have to eat more." Don't think that they only eat expensive food. They are also very happy to try the tasty dishes in Hong Kong cafes. Eric said, "Fried pork chop with instant noodles, roast duck thigh and barbecued pork rice, black pepper chicken fillet rice are the dishes I always order." Che Wan Wan who is sitting beside Eric added, "The other dish which I must order is steamed salted fish patty"

We can say that they almost eat everything whose back is facing the sky, except wild animals. Eric shared with us his own experience. "When I was working in Mainland China, I once saw a group of people beating something like beating a prisoner. When I got closer, I realized that they were making preparation to kill a dog. It is too inhuman to eat dogs."

I was actually rather hesitant to translate this post which appeared on the Baidu forum, mainly because I felt it might offend fans of Jimmy Lin. It arose in response to a rather heated debate (by the respective fans) over which celebrity was better looking… Personally I don’t like such threads because fans can behave rather unreasonably at times, and some of Eric’s fans on Baidu are rather too much when they put down other celebrities in trying to express their admiration of Eric. I feel that opinions are to be respected anyway, and there are some merits in this particular post which I thought deserved some recognition, so despite the potential controversy, here goes. The contributor is someone called 所有美梦成真 who claimed to be a cosmetic surgery doctor and posted just this one post on in Eric's thread on the Baidu forum.

"Just based on Eric Suen's looks, let me speak some objective words. Please don't fight anymore!"

Allow me a disclaimer: I can’t be considered an Eric Suen fan, and bluntly put I am not one, but please do not misunderstand, I am not here to cause trouble to this thread. To be precise, I am a cosmetic surgeon and this is my first visit to this thread, the reason being that the previous day there was a young man who came to do his nose and double eyelids – he brought a big stack of celebrity photos, telling us to do the surgery according to the celebrity’s features. The photos were of your favourite -- Eric Suen.

However, that young man was also very handsome, his only flaw being his single eyelids. To satisfy the requirements of our customer, I asked him to wait another 7 days so that I could spend time to analyse in detail the features of Eric Suen. I discovered that this Eric Suen is indeed beautiful – from the perspective of medical cosmetic surgery, he is a beautiful young man, very exquisite, with literally flawless features. This is no exaggeration – it is the unanimous, definitive opinion of all my superior and colleagues. We have encountered many beautiful people who wished to make themselves look even more perfect, as vanity is a common trait, so we have seen many showbiz celebrities who are all beautiful as well, most of whom are famous, as well as those from Korea and Japan. Our hospital has also received many who wished to look like Jimmy Lin. Suen and Lin, after our detailed examination belong to the same category of beauty, but if there is to be a comparison, the perspective of those in the plastic surgery industry can differentiate superiority and inferiority.

In terms of the forehead, Lin’s is not as full as Suen’s. Lin’s is low and narrow and not quite up to the cosmetic standard. For eyebrows, Lin’s is thick but not shapely, somewhat untidy, while Suen’s is even and shapely. I have fixed over 95 cases of eyebrows, and Suen has the most perfect set I have seen even among all the beautiful celebrities we have examined.

Both Lin and Suen have refined-looking eyes. Suen’s corneas are light brown, which look very translucent under sunlight. As for the nose, Lin’s is not as high as Suen’s, which looks more perfect both from the frontal and side profiles. Currently high noses are considered the most perfect – if Suen has not gone through plastic surgery before, the shape of his nose would fit our exact requirements.

For the mouth, Lin prefers to close his lips. Lips are assessed according to their shape and colour, and Suen’s are more shapely, being neither thick nor thin, and of a rosy colour. From the side, the upper and lower lips are very even, so in terms of lips Lin’s are also inferior to Suen’s.

In terms of jawline and face shape, Lin’s is very far from the standard, and in fact inferior to that of many celebrities. Suen’s face shape is very nice; neither sharp nor square, with a clear outline in profile with defined corners. He also has good skin. Many men have oily skin, but with my experience of ten years, I can definitely state that Suen’s skin is not oily, which is very rare, and the pores are fine, so his skin looks very smooth.

I know that in previous years Suen used to be the most popular and best-looking Asian male singers. I take great interest in his features because they are very perfect. Most men who undergo plastic surgery often want exactly what Suen already has, so now we have put up his photograph on our choice boards to allow our customers to choose. In terms of features Suen is definitely better looking than Lin. Most importantly, from the perspective of the cosmetic beauty industry, except for his eyes and the fact that he looks refined, Lin’s features are inferior to Suen’s.

Does Yinghong receive some happiness with Tao Jin? It looks like they might be together from the last scene of the opening sequence when Ge Tou is floating a candle in the lake. She standing with a baby next to Tao Jin. He wouldn't be around unless they were together right? The baby I think is Xue Yi's.

It's driving me crazy that I can't get my hands on the second part of the series. My friend told me not to watch it until I had the whole thing but I can never resist. Aaarggghhh!!! It's even more maddening to realize it is already available in China. If someone can tell me....PM to prevent spoiling others, I would be eternally grateful.

OK for "Flying Dragon Husband", Dai Long Fei (Eddie Kwan) who was fighting with the corrupt general Guan Shan Yue, fell down a cliff and into an ice cave where he accidentally swallowed the Ice Spirit which is the soul of the Snow Sprite (Xie Yuanzhen). He thus got frozen for 40 years, leaving his two loves behind.

40 years later, Long Fei's wife has become a nun and his grandson Dai Ziyu (Eric Suen), who is his only heir, has become a famous tailor -- for his skill and for his good looks. Unfortunately the aristocrats are jealous of his popularity with the ladies and plot to kill him. After a series of failed attempts, Ziyu is pushed down an old well by his enemies, which is unexpectedly the entrance to the Snow Cave.

Ziyu's enemies decide to make sure he is dead, so they pour oil down the well and set fire. Ziyu, who has ventured further into the cave by this time, encounters the frozen block of ice that holds Long Fei. The fire which has followed Ziyu into the cave melts the ice and Long Fei is... uh... defrosted. He befriends Ziyu and they exit the cave to return to Ziyu's home.

Everyone who had known Long Fei 40 years ago is shocked at the appearance of this person who resembles him so much, yet does not look a day older than the day he disappeared. Long Fei, who has lost his memory, is anxious to know his true identity, but the people who actually do know him are unwilling to speak up and instead pretend not to have heard about him before. The story thus develops as a quest for Long Fei to find his true identity, while the villain Guan Shan Yue plots to kill him and those who stand in the way in his quest for the throne at every opportunity.

The love triangles get a bit complicated... Long Fei loved 2 women 40 years ago. Presently, Yin Baiyan (Annie Wu), who sells roasted duck, has been admiring Ziyu for a long time. She does not know that Ziyu is Long Fei's descendant. She was told by her godfather Guan Shan Yue (the villain) that her grandfather had been killed by Long Fei, and so she actually wants to kill Long Fei to avenge her grandfather. Ziyu does not like Baiyan and instead falls for Duan Tian Ai, who is the daughter of Guan Shan Yue and Duan Yue Niang (who was Long Fei's other love). Duan Tian Ai herself falls for Long Fei, while her mother and Ziyu's grandmother are both unwilling to tell Long Fei about his past because they do not want him to despise them for the way they are now. The presently amnesiac Long Fei is torn between his obligation to the Snow Sprite and his developing feelings for Duan Tian Ai.

However in "Flying Dragon Hubby", he becomes a hero who fights for the cause of righteousness and eradicates the evils for his countrymen. We get used to his fierce and merciless look. We are not accustomed to his image of a great hero dressed in a white robe. He seems to be very happy that he can bid farewell to the roles of wicked persons. "It does not matter whether I am playing a bad guy. The most important point is that I can finally play a role which is completely different from my previous characters." It is a role which goes all the way through the whole drama. All the characters in the drama are somehow related to him. Finally, he can have a taste of the role of a good person.

ERIC ‘·—sˆÐ: PLAYING A HYSTERICAL CHARACTER LIKE BEFORE

In "Lu Xiao Feng" and "Dynasty Doctor", ERIC played the role of Lu Xiao Feng who was wild and carefree and an unlucky guy who enjoyed life during calamities respectively. His matchless acting skill can always make the audience laugh. In this drama, he is playing the role of a tailor called "Dai Zi Yu". He will continue to make the audience convulsed with laughter. Because of his handsome face, his lady customers always sexually harass him by their language. He becomes a good friend of elderly "Long Fei". In their journey, they are followed by a number of unknown antagonists who try to kill them. ERIC uses all brainy methods to avoid being wooed by the girls around him. This leads to numerous jokes. ERIC is slightly at a loss, "I really hope that the various directors and producers can offer me roles other than hysterical characters. I am dying to play the roles of bad guys like freaky killers."

WU MA: HE IS ALWAYS A GREAT HERO.

Since "Yan Chi Xia" in the film, "The spirit of Lie Xiao Qian", Wu Ma has played a series of great heroes. In "Flying Dragon Hubby', he is also a great hero. He is playing the character of "Tong Wu Ji" who is the instructor of an imperial troop. Neverthesless, this hero has a filthy look, always holding a broken fan. In fact, he pretneds to be a fool and is disguised as a showman so that he can protect Dai Zi Yu (ERIC) secretly. In the drama, he is the teacher of Gua Li Jie who punishes the wicked persons on behalf of the folk. In reality, he is the teacher of the whole crew. He is the director of the fighting action. In the absence of the director, Wu Ma will replace his role temporarily.
