OMG! I haven't head about Toby pairing up with Raymond and Bosco!! That is disappointing. I don't know how that will work out because Ray and Bosco are like two of TVB best actors right now while Toby is an unknown somewhere down there. She doesn't have many fans. This is also the case with Raymond and Kate in TF. I ended up liking all the other three constables and not Ray's character. When the co-star does a bad job portraying the emotions, its difficult for the viewers to like the relationship/couple and feel for them. At least, that's how it is for me. I truly hope TVB will value Raymond and not just pair him up w/ any random actress.

I think Toby is ok in her own way. She isn't pretty, she was born rich, she has bad acting, yes, but she is improving. Compare her series now with Men in Pain, U can see very clearly that she is improving. Why dun give her change? Every actors/actresses started at zero and bad acting, the matter is how they can improve theirself. Why need to put Tavia, Myolie, etc. in every series but not the new actresses? Give new actresses change for them to show what they can do.

Agree. Glad to see someone speaking up for Toby. She is improving and she really isn't that bad.

Jamie Chik & Ray Lui Return To TVB

The highly anticipated TVB grand production The Grand Entrepreneur <金錢誘罪> held its costume fitting ceremony today at TVB City. The series marks the return of some familiar faces to the TVB family, including Ray Lui (呂良偉) and Jamie Chik (戚美珍) who have not worked together since The Flying Fox Of Snowy Mountain <雪山飛狐> in 1985. Other cast members include Gallen Lo (羅嘉良), Anita Yuen (袁詠儀), Kenix Kwok (郭可盈), Joe Ma (馬德鐘), Nancy Sit (薛家燕) and revered veteran Lau Siu Ming (劉兆銘), who is taking a break from retirement to join in the series.

Ray does not seem to have aged at all after over two decades away from the small screen and the ladies joked that he keeps looking so fresh by eating preservatives. Ray said that the key to good health was in nutrition and advised that the best way to keep looking young is to avoid partying late, rising early and not overdoing alcohol. He said that he also likes to practise Qigong and boxing. He added that his secret to a beautiful and loving home was to steer clear of any temptations.

Asked about his fee for this series, Ray said that it was irrelevant. Jamie agreed and said that as long as everyone was happy, then it did not matter too much.

With her recent extended absence from TVB sprouting rumours that her relationship with the company had broken down, Kenix said that everyone was too sensitive before and she has always maintained contact with the station. She said that this was a great opportunity to work with some wonderful talents such as Ray and Jamie. Asked if she has negotiated a higher fee for her return, she admitted that this was the case but did not want to discuss it any further, saying that it was satisfactory. She revealed that she will be playing the mistress who comes between Ray and Jamie's characters in the show. Asked if she will have any intimate scenes with Ray, she said that she would and they will be pretty steamy.

Nancy has recently undergone surgery on her gall bladder and intestines, so she was not able to speak too loudly or move too quickly at the event. She said that she had accepted this production over six months ago, so she did not know at the time that she would have to have the operation. However, the producer has been very accommodating and has rearranged her schedule to begin filming in December.

The storyline for the drama is set in a backdrop of a family that owns a bank and the plot tells of how a conman finds a way of gaining power in the company and giving rise to power struggles and conflicts of greed within the family members.
