Kang Kang tying the knot

Taiwanese host Kang Jing Rong (popularly known as Kang Kang) will be registering his marriage this October and hold the wedding dinner in May next year.
The lucky woman in question is 26-year-old Zhang Jia Pei from Hangzhou, China.
The couple met through a mutual friend eight months ago and officially became an item two months ago.
Kang Kang has been spending a lot of time with her in China and gave her a demo tape of a song he recorded – which chronicles their relationship – for Chinese Valentine’s Day.
Zhang’s caring and independent character was the reason why Kang Kang is willing to settle down with her.
“When I can’t read simplified Chinese characters, she would change her font to traditional Chinese fonts so I can read; or when I’m having knee troubles, she goes online to check the symptoms and then buy the relevant medicine for me”
“With someone as good as she is, how can I let her slip through my fingers?”
Kang Kang also said that she is not bothered by his past relationships and when he asked her if she might be worried that he might cheat on her, she said, “Just make sure you don’t get caught.”
Despite their age difference of 18 years, Kang Kang revealed that it is not a problem for them.
“There is no generation age at all; both of us like children and will be hoping to try for a daughter next year.”
