Rating: four-point-five

My favorite series ever. Most of these types of dramas will be horrible because of the special effects or the characters are pretty useless. CP3 proved my thoughts wrong.

Plot (4/5)
This series is about Jing Tian, Xu Chang Qing, Long Kui, Tang Xue Jian, and Zi Xuan going on a quest to the immortal world. They must first find some pearls that contain power in them, such as fire and thunder. They also carried a box to dispose of that contains an evil immortal, Xie Jian Xian. When they arrive, XCQ releases XJX by accident and the six worlds are threatened. They also discover JT is the recarnation of Prince Long Yang, and once the most powerful being in the immortal world, Fei Peng Jiang Jun.

Cast (4.5/5)
Hu Ge as Jing Tian/Fei Peng/Long Yang/Li Xiao Yao
Yang Mi as Tang Xue Jian/Xi Yao
Wallace Huo as Xu Chang Jing/Li Ye Ping/Gu Liu Fang
Tiffany Tang as Zi Xuan
Cecilia Liu as Long Kui

Characters

Hu Ge as Jing Tian/Fei Peng/Long Yang/Li Xiao Yao (5/5)
This guy has made amazing progress since Chinese Paladin. He has become a wonderful actor able to fit a lot of different personalities. As Jing Tian, he was silly, and hungry for money. As Fei Peng, he was noble, heroic, and just plain brave. As Long Yang, you could feel how badly he wants his country to thrive. I loved him from every aspect.

Yang Mi as Tang Xue Jian/Xi Yao (4/5)
I know some people would find this character annoying in the beginning, but I liked her a lot. I mean, people, look at reality. Spoiled, rich kids are always bratty, aren't they? She is just a typical person. People are the same everywhere, anytime. As long as they've got money, they tend to be annoying. She did a great job acting as TXJ, a spoiled girl. Like most people, I preferred her as XY, because she was passionate. I felt she did a much better job as the calm XY.

Wallace Huo as Xu Chang Jing/Li Ye Ping/Gu Liu Fang (4/5)
When I saw him, I was totally surprised. Being a priest, you expect him to walk in righteousness and be a goody two shoes, but instead, he was all flirty and made out with the first girl that talked to him. That sort of took me by surprise. But I mean, everyone acts weird when it comes to love.

Tiffany Tang as Zi Xuan (3.5/5)
Ummm.... I don't know what to say. I thought she'd be really good but apparently I was wrong. She seemed like the type of girl to be cheating and hanging out with the "cute guys." Her love was like at first sight, and that's not what you expect from her. I also didn't like how she kept nagging XCJ to make out with her. At first I liked her a lot, but then I started to hate her.

Cecilia Liu as Long Kui (2.5/5)
The worst charcter in this story. Seeing her in Legend of the Condor Heroes and Heavenly Sword and Dragon Sabre, I knew that she would probably be hostile and just a plastic bag rolling around. I didn't really think she loved JT, it was more like a force. I feel Cecilia is one of those actresses, like Crystal Liu, who are chosen just for their looks but can't act.

Overall(4.5/5)
WARNING: SPOILERS!
I enjoyed this movie and the cast, except for a couple of people. However, I hated this ending but its typical for dramas in which Hu Ge acts in. Except for LOTCH, all of his series are tragedies. None of the characters were together. Long Kui dies, JT's best friend gets eaten, ZX and LCQ have to be separated forever, and JT has to die early, leaving XJ alone. Except for the ending, this drama is a must watch.
