Storyline:
The storyline of this series started off with Julian remembering that in his past life 900 years ago, he was 'Mo Chung' and that he fought many battles with 'Lum Chung', his best friend. Julian's head police officer wants Julian to be an undercover police officer because he finds that Julian is a very good fighter and can help out a lot on the case. Julian dresses up in bad-boy type of clothes and starts smoking to look like a person who would be part of a triad organisation. He tries his best to arrest Yuen Wah by going undercover and joining his triad organisation.

Wong Hei is the other head police officer who is always arguing with Julian's head police officer. Wong Hei is a very hard working police officer and always pressures his team to work as hard as they can and gives them a hard time too. Wong Hei works hard in the day, but at night he flirts with girls and has one-night-stands with them.

Gigi owns a bar and she also has her own radio talk show about love relationships. Gigi has a problematic relationship with her mother and they always seem to find something to argue about. Gigi wears clothes that are flirty and men fall for her beautiful looks. Many of Gigi's friendships have been broken because the boyfriends of her friends often fall for her.

Tavia is a kind, caring Chinese doctor. Her dad is a doctor as well. Many people think that Tavia cannot treat patients and this makes Tavia very sad. After Wong Hei saves Tavia in a bank robbery one day, she begins to have feelings for him. Tavia is Julian's old school friend and when Tavia sees him while he is undercover, she is disappointed because she thinks that Julian has changed very much from their school days. Tavia's brother is part of Yuen Wah's triad organisation as well.

Yuen Wah is the head of the triad organisation and his assistant is Derek. Yuen Wah has a girlfriend whom he has been dating for many years. When Julian joins his triad organisation, he likes him very much. Yuen Wah trusts Julian and treats him as a great friend.

Comments:
Storyline - I love the storyline because I think it is very exciting. The love stories in the series are quite good as well. This is the first time I watched a police/triads series that I liked the parts about the triad organisation more than the parts about the love story. I think that love story was sometimes boring and the triad problems were more interesting to watch.

Cast:
Julian Cheung - I think that Julian was great in this series! He can really act so well and he is very funny! I think that Julian acted great as an undercover too, because he can be in a 'good guy' role and a 'bad guy' role. I reckon that Julian looks so cute when he smiles because he has cute little dimples! I think he had a variety of expressions to show as well. His facial expressions were terrific and I liked his role better than the one in 'Point of No Return'. Julian did wonderfully in the action scenes and he could really pull off the 'ancient look'. He also could do serious and funny scenes really well.

Wong Hei - I think that Wong Hei did a wonderful job! The ending gave Wong Hei the chance to act so well and he did a great job to bring the series to a superb ending! I think that Wong Hei is really good at being the mean person too when he is mean to his police team. When Wong Hei flirted with the girls at the start, I think it wasn't a suitable role for him to play because he didn't look very natural, but he still did it satisfactorily.

Gigi Lai - I reckon Gigi did a fantastic job in this series! Her hair looks pretty and her clothes are flirty! I think she portrayed her character wonderfully and she was very realistic. When she cries I feel very sorry for her. I think Gigi was brilliant from start to end! I think that she has improved from 'War and Beauty' and I also liked her character there too because it was unbelievable! Gigi's relationships with her mother, Julian and Yuen Wah are very interesting and I think her facial expressions were very well done.

Tavia Yeung - I think that Tavia did pretty good in this series. She made her character very good-natured and it was completely different rom Gigi's character. I think that Tavia can act in a variety of roles. But I feel that her expressions were nearly the same as the ones in 'Twin of Brothers'. I find Tavia has a character with some depth but the scriptwriters should have given her more scenes with her family to deal with their issues because they weren't sorted out as well as they could have been.

Yuen Wah - I reckon Yuen Wah acts really realistically because I belived that his character could be a real-life person. I think that Yuen Wah showed many different sides of his character's personality and it was great to see him in all of his scenes! He did a spectacular job! His relationship with Gigi's mother was good and it was really great to add that as another story. I really loved Yuen Wah's character's relationship with Julian because it was such a special bond that they had between them.

Derek Kwok - I think Derek was exellent in this series! He did a great job at acting as the bad guy. He can really act so realistically as the bad guy and be evil so well. I think that he acted great in this role and it was quite a large role that he had because he was one of the main characters too. He was great in this series, just like in 'Survivor's Law'. I think that he does deserve some credit for this role because he played it so fantastically and he did do lots of good scenes that were full of suspense.

Chemistry:
Julian Cheung and Gigi Lai -
I think that Julian and Gigi had really terrific chemistry in this series. I reckon they made a great couple and I liked their scenes together when they argued because they were quite funny. I think that they had wonderful chemistry because they shared a lot of scenes together and the series showed how their relationship developed. They do look like a matching couple too!

Wong Hei and Tavia Yeung -
I think that Wong Hei and Tavia didn't get much screen time as a couple so I reckon this is why their chemistry wasn't good. I can't picture these two as a couple that would last, but they do look cute together because Wong Hei used to be a person who always flirted with every beautiful girl he saw at nightclubs and Tavia is the sensitive type of girl who is very quiet and sensible. I think that Tavia's character did show her love for Wong Hei but it was more like unrequited love. Wong Hei didn't really show much feelings towards her until the end for it to be a happy ending, so I think they should have gotten more screen time together for it to seem more like a blooming romance.

Julian Cheung and Wong Hei -
Julian and Wong Hei were hilarious in the scenes when Julian tried to convince Wong Hei that they were best friends 900 years ago. I think that these two had magnificient chemistry as best friends and that they should work together in another series. Wong Hei and Julian Cheung were good together as a team and I think that they showed that best friends never give up on each other and that they help each other through thick and thin. They were great!

Julian Cheung and Yuen Wah -
I think that Julian and Yuen Wah's chemistry is really good and they have the perfect chemistry if they were to be in a father-son relationship in another series. I reckon they worked well together when Julian was undercover and I really liked their relationship. He treated him like his true son and completely trusted him. Even when Derek consistently tried to uncover Julian as a traitor, Yuen Wah still stuck by him. I think Yuen Wah and Julian Cheung had a genuine friendship in the series.

Conclusion:
I think that this series is great! It is one of the best series I have watched and I think that people enjoying triads/police series should watch it because they would be likely to love it too! This series has funny scenes as well so I reckon that a lot of people would enjoy it. It was really fun for me to watch.
