I disagree with the review here about Frankie's performance. He did a great job. He brought out the charm and lovable traits of the character which made it so believable why all those women loved him so much (from maternal to romantic love). His emotional scenes were good, the only time he could've done better was when (spoiler coming) his mother died, he didn't show as much emotion as I would've thought. All the other times, he did really well, showing anger, confusion, frustration, discouragement, etc. that was required of the character.
Everyone else also did a great job. Gigi was a little annoying with her overly exaggerated pouting expressions and her character was annoying too. Otherwise, everyone was great.
The plot was excellent and the way Francis' character went from humble and naive to ambitious, jealous and ruthless was very well written.
Great drama, recommended.
