Even though this show came up before King Maker, I watched King Maker first, and quite like it. But when I started watching Greatness Of A Hero, I like it even more! Good story. Well acted by all. Sonija and Kent make a believable couple despite their age and looks!

I feel sad for Stephen. He always wanted to impress his father who thinks him to be a useless son. In order to gain his father's affections, Stephen did whatever his father told him to do, whether good or bad. Ultimately, even Stephen had to pay the price for his father's evil-doings by drinking the poisoned royal wine. Finally, his father realises, at the time of his death, that his son really loved him so much.

Pretty decent story with a very powerful cast. The script/plot could have been better with such a solid cast to back it.
