Yes she did well but her characters are always being stereotyped to be the same goody-two-shoes. in my opinion she should play more characters as season from mig (dont remember the name of the drama), chow chi yeurk, and the granddaughter from "maiden's vow"

I think charmaine improved alot in her acting.I know that many people dont like her but you have to give her credit for some great series she was in. To say she can't act is rather bais just because you dont like her. If she can't act, people would have not even pay attention. You think TVB would even invest in someone that no one thinks can act.

Some of the worser actreses like Anne Heung, you could say that she can't act.I didn't hate her but i felt that she doesn't really improve much. Probably a good thing now that she does not act anymore.

The series may be lacking but you cant blame it all on the actor.

lol I have to agree with kailor. TVB seems to be promoting all these pageant queens who can't act =.=; It annoys the heck out of me when ppl who can't act get the leading role just cuz they won a pageant title or w/e >=o

overall great show coz Joe does well whether acting evil or good characters, and this show captures both his good n evil side :) however the scene where he and Charmaine sleep at the last episode was a bit too rushed.. and there was too much time wasted with Charmaine and Joe's brother, her first love.

I didn't think this series had anything out of the ordinary. Nothing strikingly memorable.
