Synopsis:
Meteor Garden is a Taiwanese television drama first broadcast in 2001. Its 27 initial episodes were based on the Japanese manga Boys Over Flowers. The series spawned many individual careers include the band formerly called F4, it has maintained its high popularity after many re-reruns, and its international success inspired two sequels, Meteor Rain, and Meteor Garden II. The story arc follows a young, poor girl Shan Cai (Barbie Hsu) who is forced by her parents to attend a college with much richer students. She soon comes into conflict with the dominating social group the Flower Four (F4), all of whom are heirs to huge fortunes. With cruel contempt, F4 leader Dao Ming Ssu (Jerry Yan) sets out to make Shan Cai's life even more difficult. She does not buckle under, and earns his respect, and finally they develop romantic feelings that are socially very difficult for both of them.

the first taiwan drama series i got hooked to it, actually got addicted to it! everything is perfectly made from the actors, story and even the soundtrack! just have no idea what are the crazy things ive done just to be "part" of it...
its also the first asian series that was been a phenomenal hit here in our country!

I really love Meteor Garden 1 & 2!!! I am absolutely looking forward to Meteor Garden 3!!! More power to Barbie Xu(San Cai), Jerry Yan(Dao Ming Si), Vic Zhuo(Hua Ze Lei), Ken Zhu(Xi Men), and Vanness Wu(Mei Zuo)!!! Taiwan has the best version of Meteor Garden/Hana Yori Dango/Boys Over Flowers!!! I really love Dao Ming Si and San Cai love team! I truly hope to see how they will be able to manage marriage life together and to raise a family of their own in Meteor Garden 3!!!^_^
I am also super looking forward to watch the third installment of Meteor Garden on Philippine national television(ABS-CBN2)! And of course, it should have the same group of actors and actresses as the previous series because Meteor Garden will not be completely as it is without its brilliant and magnificent set of casts or stars! More power to Meteor Garden, F4 , & Barbie! Let us all hope and pray for a Meteor Garden 3 on TV!!!God bless us all!!!^_^
