Laptop computers suck!

Personally I think there's a conspiracy among computer (components) makers to sabotage the mobile computing sector so the desktop sector could thrive and survive. They'll do stuff like lag up your laptops and tablets or throttle their performance. The proof is this:

I have a 3.4Ghz laptop that took 5 and 1/2 minutes to perform the same task my desktop computer at 2.3GHz only took 2 and 3/4 minutes to complete. They are both using laptop internal HDDs so it's not like the desktop computer has faster read/writes.

Another proof:

You notice how desktop computers are quick to start up and become usable. Whereas the laptop would take 2x or more longer to load up Windows.
