Binged watched to ep 8 on wetv vip. So far one of best wuxia dramas in years. Have good fight scenes choreography, ost, scenery, cast, adventure and political which I like.
I'm currently watching this as well. I don't have VIP so I'm just on episode 6. Agreed, it's interesting so far. Will come back to comment more after additional episodes are out.
I was told that this series only have Wuxia scenes in the beginning but not much fighting just more romance later in the show.
So I just watched 10 minutes of Episode 1 and I couldn't watch anymore.
This is FAR from a good Wuxia, anything close to Jin Yong stuff and the young actress is NOT very good.
Just bad!!

Yea this series had so much potential but political aspect ruined the whole wuxia adventure etc.
They shouldve start the series as em as kids then training building up fountain abode etc become rivals and top ma. Having them be strongest made series just seemed boring . Like I alr leady knew no one couldnt best em etc.
So far watching Heroes true wuxia just the fight scenes aren't that good. But the brotherhood story is good and it's in same universe as The Four.

I like Zhao Lu Si and Yang Yang was cute and dastardly good looking. The main protagonist are powerful from the start so there's no long and winding path of learning powerful martial arts.
My only beef was the end was abit convulated it's like a Deus Ex Machina, not once but several times.
But overall pretty enjoyable with a good blend of Jiang Hu and Politics
