I will not say "tip". Say the meal costs $19. I may give $20 and ask the person to keep the change.Quote:

What about for places where you just buy a drink or an ice cream but if you use your credit card, it has a slot for you to write a tip but if you pay with cash, you do not see that tip slot on the receipt?
