What movie is this, and what weapons is he using?

I'm not sure the name of this movie. Can someone identify it for me? Also, the protagonist is using butterfly swords (butterfly knives), but what are the other weapons each of his opponents are using? There are a number of different ones. Each round in the video is broken out into different levels (ie. Level 1, Level 2, etc.), so it should be easy to describe which one you're referring to. Don't worry if you don't know them all, I can piece them together bit by bit. And then, closer to the end, he takes some crescent-shaped "knives" and continues the fight. What are those?
