Ever since Peg (Woo Man Shui) was little, her appearance wasn’t the best and her body figure was a little fat. She was often made fun of but because she has a kindred heart and an optimistic personality, she does not mind or care what others think. She only hopes to do the best she can of herself. After graduating from university, she worked at Tin Bei Ko PR Co. Even though her work was outstanding, but because of her appearance, she never has any opportunities to be promoted. Peg’s whole family is friendly but her parents often place all their attention on Peg’s younger sister, Man Shern, but Peg didn’t mind.
Leonardo (Guo Siu Jeet), in the Public Relations world is an outstanding person. Yet, his personality is horrible. He transferred to work at Tin Bei Ko, on this first day to work, Peg candidly offended him, which made him remember it for future revenges. Nardo (also known as Leonardo) plans to put a revenge on Peg. Peg was fired but her misfortunes never came singly. On the same day, she finds out her boyfriend has an affair with another woman, which was Peg’s ex-employee, Hermia, and her mom is not her real birth mom. Being under so much misfortune, Peg decided to change her appearance in order to change her future.
The plastic surgery caused Peg to be unconscious. Under blurry images, Peg was granted a beautiful appearance by heaven. But, she must help Nardo get married within three months, or else, Peg will become even uglier. Heaven sent the Heaven Special Envoy to monitor Peg. When Peg wakes up, she actually became a beauty and met the Heaven Special Envoy who disguised himself as a dog.

The Heaven Special Envoy incarnated to become a dog to find Peg, only she can see his real body. He gave Peg a group of numbers as clues, told her to find a woman who is related to those numbers, it is she who will be Leonardo’s lover. In order for Peg to get closer to Leonardo, she plans to make Tin Bei Ko’s big boss to hire her again. Peg returns to the company, everyone thought she was big boss’s new favorite, so, she got respected. From Peg’s new appearance, her work was the same, but everyone regarded her with special fondness, even her ex-boyfriend, Gwok Ho, who dumped her came back and asked to get back together with her. Peg knows he only judge people from their appearance, rejected him. Peg inquires Leonardo’s love history, began to search for a woman in the company that matches the numbers.
Leonardo’s younger brother, Siu Long’s personality is barbaric. He had a conflict with Man Seung. Leonardo’s younger sister, Siu Kei, works as the television station supervised manufacture, because of filming a scene in front of a restaurant, which belonged to Peg’s parents, contracted enmity with them. Leonardo’s whole family moved next to Peg, both families became rivals. Peg accidentally sees her co-worker, Hermia’s (Hoi Mut) credit card number is the set of numbers the Heaven Envoy gave her. Just when she wanted to hook her up with Leonardo, she told Peg that she is going to get married soon. Peg tried to stop her wedding but failed. Leonardo played a prank on Peg, Peg was furious, began to think of evil thoughts in her heart, her appearance then immediately became ugly, Peg was scared, immediately went to do a good deed, then her face became pretty again, Peg reminded herself to often do good deeds
Tin Bei Ko’s young master, Wilson Fok (Fok Wai Shun) returned to Hong Kong to take over the company, everyone went to pick him up at the airport, seeing his handsome appearance, everyone dressed their best hoping to get his attention. Peg showed great appreciation towards him. The big boss told Leonardo to help out Wilson at times, Leonardo took this chance to find out about the relationship between the him and Peg, the big boss just said he appreciates her anxious talent, therefore, hired her again, there is nothing between them. Roger’s heart jumped with great joy, decided to put revenge on Peg and kick her out of Tin Bei Ko. Peg accidentally injured her foot, Leonardo totally change and volunteered to bring her to home, on his way there, he stopped the car and tricked her into getting off the car, then drove off.

Peg got tricked by Leonardo, which caused her mood to be horrible, at this time, she bumps into the Heaven Envoy, he forced Peg to quickly finish the mission, in the end, one human, one dog began to argue. Peg purposely forced the Heaven Envoy to take a bath, but instead, he got her all wet. Peg was upset because of her birth background, her parents, Yuk Yun and Kwai Ching explained to her, it is actually Man Seung who they adopted, back then, Man Seung's mother, because of many depts. She could not raise her; they decided to kindly help her raise Man Seung. They did not want Man Seung to lack the family warmth, therefore, they favored her since she was little, and Peg felt relaxed. Peg wanted to hook up Leonardo with Hermia, imagined a scheme she planned to harm Hermia's finance, but when she has bad thoughts, her face will become ugly. Peg immediately went to do some good deeds, helped a person pick up their umbrella, which made her face pretty again.
Peg mocked Leonardo, which made Leonardo hate her very much. Peg and Leonardo were against each other at work, Wilson watched critically, purposely pretending to be deep in thoughts. Peg asked to go with Leonardo to see the client, Chuek Group. During the meeting, Peg suggest a disagree suggestion. Leonardo was really upset, decided to fire Peg. Peg prepared to leave the company, at this time, Chuek Group's daughter, Chuek Nam arrived, pointed out that she wants the whole project to be in charged by Peg, Leonardo could do nothing about it.
The Heaven Envoy saw an actor on television that looks exactly like him; a feeling inside him tells him that the person is his former life. Peg sees him unable to forget about his former life, agreed to help him find memory about his former life. The Heaven Envoy went to the filming station to find clues, bumped into Siu Long. Siu Long beat him. Peg was furious and went to Leonardo's home, both sides were arguing, Peg accidentally pushed Dai Hoi. Leonardo wanted to sue Peg for assault. Yuk Yun and Kwai Ching was worried and went to Dai Hoi to apologize for a settlement, Peg rejected. Yuk Yun and Kwai Ching secretly asked Dai Hoi and his family to go to his restaurant for an apology meal, Leonardo and his sister and brother refuse for a settlement, but Dai Hoi ate their main dish, it was delicious, agreed for the settlement.

Episode 4 - Wilson snatches the Leonardo crest of wave

Seeing Wilson beside her, Peg just fell in love with him.

The Guo family and the Woo family had a settlement because of one meal, and became good friends, but Peg and Leonardo are still rivalries. Peg gets Trammy’s (also known as Chuek Nam) recognition, and used Leonardo as a taxi driver, driving her and the Heaven Envoy to the filming station. They found Bak Wun Fung, but Bak Wun Fung shooed them away. Wilson wants the employees to play more sports, Leonardo took this chance to show off, but Wilson made him look bad by playing better. Every woman there envied Wilson. Leonardo felt bored. Wilson Regards with a special fondness towards Peg and asked her to go for a ride in his car and gazing at the moon, this made Peg feel sweet in her heart. Peg asked the Heaven Envoy if Wilson likes her or not, he urged her not judge there’s by their appearance.
Leonardo accidentally finds out Wilson spends most of his time on the computer playing games, and knows nothing about the company. He purposely embarrassed him in front of the Big Boss, but Peg greatly supported Wilson. Leonardo and the others made arrangements at the Home for the Elderly, Trammy went there to show support and helped out with the donations. Leonardo falls in love with the beautiful and rich Trammy. Trammy already has a boyfriend, Ma Siu Dong. Siu Dong is a repairman, because the two’s identity has a great difference, heir relationship had to be kept a secret. Peg accidentally finds out about the two’s relationship, Trammy naturally acknowledge this, and told Peg everything bad about being a rich person, the two becomes good friends.
Peg finds out Leonardo and Amanda to be close, thinks the two to be ambiguous. But, the truth is Amanda has love for Leonardo, Leonardo is purposely avoiding her. Man Seung’s birth mother went to Kwai Ching and Peg, admit she to have cancer, before she dies, she wants to tell Man Seung the truth. Kwai Ching rejected. Man Seung’s birth mother then said she had an affair with Yuk Yun and she gave birth to man Seung afterwards, Yuk Yun wanted the daughter and not the woman. This separated her and her daughter, Peg heard and was stunned, Kwai Ching was at an uncontrollable rage, decided to go to Yuk Yun to get an understanding.

Episode 5 - Guo Family and Woo Family’s To Generation of Rivalry Love

Yuk Yun and Kwai Ching had a big argument, Peg went comfort and urgered her to tolerate Yuk Yun to keep the family together. But, both mother and daughter was taunt towards Yuk Yun. Yuk Yun felt it was strange. Peg brought Leonardo with her to find Man Seung’s real mother and have her some money to cure her cancer. Peg begged Leonardo to keep it as secret. Leonardo sees Peg being worried about her family issues, he was delighted inside his heart, actually, everything he did was part of his evil scheme. It was him who told Man Seung’s real mother to reveal the truth about her and Yuk Yun’s past. Actually, Guo’s family members are al planning a scheme to put a revenge on the Woo family. Leonardo’s great-grandfather, Guo Shu Yung and Peg’s great-grandfather, Woo Jui Kao were pupil and master, the two won the a horse-betting ticket together, Shu Yung was so happy that he had a heart attack and died, and Woo Jui Kao were no where to be seen at that time. Shu Yung’s son, Dai Hoi mistaken Woo Jui Kao took all the money to himself, decided to put revenge on Jui Kao’s next generation.
Amanda told Leonardo she is pregnant, pointed it out it was Leonardo who did it, Leonardo denied, everyone in the company knows. Trammy and Peg chatted about love issues, Peg told her to have faith in her out love, during that time, Peg also finds out Trammy’s Identification Card Number is the same as the mystical numbers Dog Dog (Heaven Envoy) gave her. She decided to hook Trammy and Leonardo together. Leonardo told Peg that there is nothing ambiguous between him and Amanda, the two went back the variety store Leonardo and Amanda went to that night, at this time, they bumped into Trammy. Trammy helped them get the security camera tape from the variety store. It was revealed that Amanda was lying. Amanda apologized, admit she did it and quitted the job, she also told Peg to be careful with Leonardo.
Dog Dog accidentally finds out about Guo family’s scheme, just when he went to tell Peg about it, he became unconscious from poisoned food that Dai Hoi fed him. At this time, Leonardo planned the Hygenic Department to go and inspect Woo Kwai Restaurant. They found a huge cockroach in the kitchen, Yuk Yun was surprised, Kwai Ching yelled at Yuk Yun, Peg accidentally spoke too fast and spitted out that Yuk Yun was unfaithful to Kwai Ching.

Episode 6 - Peg finds out about Woo and Guo Families' Gratitude and Grudges

Siu Long reveals the truth about the reason for the revenge scheme

Man Seung finds out she is not Kwai Ching and Yuk Yun’s real daughter, was greatly shocked, decided to temporarily leave the family. Peg finds out Dog Dog has been poisoned, felt that it was strange that he got poisoned and becomes unconscious. Wilson’s work performances were horrible; Leonardo took this chance to get promoted, Trammy showed great recognition in him. Leonardo wanted to please Trammy, went to Peg to find information about Trammy, Peg accidentally spoke too fast and revealed that Trammy and Siu Dong are in love. Afterwards, this was revealed on the magazines and newspapers. Siu Dong asked Trammy to choose family or love, Trammy decided to break up in the end.
Wilson’s wasted his effort in work, which made his mood down. Peg encouraged him. Peg knows Amanda found a new job but because of Leonardo’s hindrance making it impossible for her to make it in for the post. Amanda urged Peg to be careful of Leonardo. Dog Dog woke up and told Peg about Guo family’s scheme. Peg went to her parents to help save Man Seung, also beaten Siu Long. Siu Long told the story out about the Gratitude and grudges between Guo Shu Yung and Woo Jui Kao. The Woo family finally realizes why Guo family always picks on them. Peg went to Guo’s residences and rebuked Leonardo for planning such a mean scheme. It nearly broke Woo family apart. Leonardo said Woo Jui Kao stole the ticket and ran away causing Guo family to suffer many bitter times. Peg suspects why her great-grandfather left was because of another reason that Guo family misunderstood. Leonardo said only if retrieves the horse-betting ticket or else he will put more revenge schemes on Woo family. Siu Kei’s husband, Gin Sek sees the Guo family to be a scary family, having nightmares days and night, finally he could not take he anymore and left.
Wilson asked Peg out, Peg dressed splendidly to attend, and the two went through a very romantic evening. The Woo family and Dog Dog encouraged Peg to pursue her happiness. Peg found an old picture in some sundry goods. It was a picture of Woo Jui Kao, Guo Shu Yung, and Wun Fung. Peg thinks Wun Fung might know something about the pass, so she went to the filming station to look for Wun Fung. Wun Fung narration antecedent, Dog Dog got a sudden inspiration; Peg felt that Dog Dog’s previous life was Guo Shu Yung.

Leonardo brought Tramy to patro and understand the needs of the society

Peg asked Shu Yung to try his best to think back about the past, Shu Yung remembers the day he won the race, after he placed it in a box, because he was over excited and happy, had a heart attack and died. His son, Dai Hoi could not find the ticket and mistaken Jui kao for taken the money. From then, Dai Hoi and his family became selfish and placed a revenge plan on the Woo family for the ticket. Shu Yung felt that he caused all this misunderstanding and trouble for Jui Kao’s family, he felt extremely bad inside. Shu Yung went to Dai Hoi’s home, found the ticket and gave it to Dai Hoi. Peg explained what happened back then and Dai Hoi felt terrible. He apologized to the whole Woo family, but Leonardo was upset with this.
Siu Lung had good feelings for Man Seung, and began to try asking her out, the two became a couple. Leonardo asked Peg to help him get Tramy, and agreed to help her get Wilson. The two’s relationship became better. Wilson did not have much confidence for his work, Peg supported him, worked overtime with him, but Wilson hurried home after. Peg did not understand why.
Tramy suggested some changes Cheuk Si Inc., Mrs. Cheuk rejected her, and Leonardo went to comfort her. Leonardo brought Tramy to Patrol the services of Cheuk Si Inc., which made her understand what the problem is, this left gave an impressive performance towards Leonardo’s work. Leonardo took this opportunity to get close to Tramy and showed his love, Tramy said she just broke up; temporarily do not want to deal with love issues. Wilson sent Peg to Japan to work, and used a helicopter to bring her to the airport. This consideration from Wilson touched Peg, Wilson said because last time he had to go to the washroom so he left quickly. Peg relaxed.
Siu Kei was pregnant; Gin Sek refused to get back with her, Leonardo went to his office and yelled at him, warned him and commanded him to go home immediately. His rude and threaten look was spotted by Mrs. Cheuk , and found out that he was the one who revealed the news about Tramy and Siu Dong in the media. Mrs. Cheuk told Tramy to be careful of Leonardo, Tramy angrily slapped Leonardo across the face.

Episode 8 - Leonardo at Work and in Love Both Failed

Yuk Yun gives the award to Dai Hoi

Tramy was upset with Leonardo’s rude behavior, and rejected Leonardo on working on Chuek Si Inc.’s advertisements. Leonardo knows Gin Sek was the one who told Tramy, told Gin Sek to replace his crime by saying he did it instead, and forced him to apologize to Tramy. Dai Hoi thinks everything began from him, purposely needed the whole family to go apologize to Tramy, Leonardo agreed. The next day, the Guo family went to the Cheuk family’s home, but Siu Kei and Dai Hoi became ill, Leonardo forced them to stay and apologize, they all fell in front of Tramy, Tramy sent everyone to the hospital. Leonardo was upset that Gin Sek is preventing him from getting close to Tramy, causing him to loose money and person. These words were heard by Tramy, this made her truly hate Leonardo.
Leonardo’s love and business issues both failed, Siu Lung was a long term stunt person and felt down. The two brothers both complained to each other. Yuk Yun got the Excellent Food Award, to show that he did not forget what Shu Yung taught him, he gave the award to Dai Hoi. The Guo and Woo family became good friends, Yuk Yun also invited Dai Hoi to invest in the restaurant to open a second one, Shu Yung sees the two getting along well, was satisfied.
Wilson’s younger cousin, Bik Yee (Betty) returned to Hong Kong. Wing Hang hopes the two will become a couple, making both families even closer. Wilson went to pick her up at the airport, accidentally bumped into Mei Suet, the two left a good memory for each other. Mei Suet is Gin Sek’s adopted daughter. Dai Hoi sees her returning to Hong Kong with no relatives, he asked her to live with them for now. Leonardo sees everyone treat Mei Suet so well, he thinks she is using everyone’s sympathy to get money, he treated her with satire.
Leonardo’s mood was not well, saw Betty and thought she was a small employee, was especially reprimand towards her, Betty was so afraid that she cried, Wilson and Wing Hanf saw, was upset with him. Wing Hang forced Wilson to ask Betty out, Wilson was annoyed with Betty’s dumbness, purposely tricked her. Wilson bumps into Mei Suet again, the two went out together, both having good feelings for each other, afterwards, Mei Suet left quietly without Wilson knowing, which made Wilson miss her much.


Episode 9 – Leonardo Has Been Fired

Tramy was trying to find a spokesperson for Cheuk Si, Wilson thought of Mei Suet, Tramy asked him to find her as soon as possible. Leonardo absolutely said nothing about knowing her. Leonardo hates Peg for using Tramy to get promoted, said bad words about her, Peg truly wanted to help him get Tramy, but he misunderstood. Shu Yung used tricks to encourage and cheer up Peg.
Wilson explained the details about the Fireworks Meeting to Wing Hang, but he could not say many words out, Peg helped him out. Wing Hang appreciated and was proud of her. He promoted Peg, Leonardo envied and hated. Peg bumped into Mei Suet at the Guo family, knew Leonardo purposely kept it a secret, she also invited Mei Suet to be Cheuk Si’s spokesperson. She also told Mei Suet not tell anyone she knew Leonardo. The next day, Peg brought Mei Suet back to the company, Mei Suet spoke to quickly and greeted Leonardo, everyone in the company knows about Leonardo’s scheme, Wing Hang was greatly upset with him. Mei Suet had feelings for Wilson, told him that she wants to find her real parents, Wilson agreed to help her. The two also went everyone to play. Wilson also lied to Peg in order to go out with Mei Suet. Peg sees Wilson not concentrated in his work, was greatly upset, the two had a big argument. Leonardo sees Mei Suet and Wilson become close, thinks the two has an ambiguous relationship.
Leonardo transferred and persuaded some of Tin Bei Ko’s customers to his own company. Peg finds out about his scheme, urged him to stop. Leonardo rebutted that Wilson is with Mei Suet, Peg knows she does not have much time left, she tried her best to help him. Wing Hang knows what kind of person Leonardo is, he fired him first just incase, Leonardo thought Peg betrayed him, went to yell at her. When Leonardo was chasing after Peg, there was an accident, he was rude and said it was the other driver’s fault; Peg also helped the police prosecute him.

Episode 10 – Peg breaks up with Wilson

Seeing Wilson and Mei Suet kissing, Peg’s heart was absolutely crushed

Leonardo was arrested, the case was waiting for trial, Leonardo blamed that it was Peg’s fault, and hates her real much. Betty showed her love to Wilson by playing the violin, and wanted to find the childhood memories she hid with Vincent when they were younger, Wilson said he was not good enough for her and rejected her. Peg said what she witnessed at the police station, did not make it in time to set up for the Fireworks Meeting, Wilson was confused, Betty tried to help, instead, she got yelled by him. Mei Suet attended the meeting as a spokesperson; saw that Wilson was confused, and dragged him out of the place, the two was uncontrollable and began to kiss. Peg finished saying what she witnessed at the police station and rushed there, saw Wilson and Mei Suet kissing, was truly heart broken.
Peg said many bitter words to Shu Yung. Shu Yung comforted her. Peg thinks she does not have much time left and needs to break up with Wilson. Leonardo argued with Peg, Shu Yung was heartbroken that his nephew was so bad, Peg agreed to help change Leonardo’s personality. Wilson used Wing Hang’s name to fire Peg, Peg was disappointed with Wilson’s spiritless performance. Peg could not concentrate, and nearly got into a car accident, and at that second, she saw a flash scene of Wilson shooting a gun at himself in front of her tombstone. Peg was worried about Wilson and called him out to meet, Wilson asked for their love to be underground and kept quiet, Peg insisted on breaking up.
Leonardo made Siu Lung the Karate King, because Siu Lung’s kung fu was not that well, his fellow classmates teased him for using money to get promoted, he felt awful inside and went to say his bitter feelings to Man Seung. Yuk Yun and Dai Hoi invested business together, Leonardo rejected this idea. He also tricked Dai Hoi’s money that was suppose to be invested in Yuk Yun’s restaurant and transferred it to his new company’s account. Leonardo also forced Gin Sek and Siu Kei to say good words in front of the judge, to get pity and sympathy from the judge, so he could get a lighter sentence. Peg also gets a flash scene that Leonardo will do something bad to Yuk Yun, Shu Yung thinks Leonardo wants to put a revenge on her. She thought of many ways to get him back on the good path and be a good person. Everyone family member in the Guo family was upset with Leonardo, Leonardo thinks they were all helping strangers and not their own family member, became extremely upset with them.

Episode 11 - Leonardo Sentenced to Community Service

Yuk Yan accepts Siu Lung as a pupil

Leonardo begged Dai Hoi to not ruin their father and son relationship because of a stranger. Dai Hoi agreed to be on his side. Dai Hoi re-read Leonardo’s childhood writings, knows that he taught Leonardo the wrong way in his upbringing, he felt that he had the responsibility to re-teach Leonardo the proper way. All Guo family members went with Leonardo to the trial, Leonardo taught them how to say good words to please the judge, so he could get a light sentence. During the trial, Leonardo pretended to be poor to gain sympathy, but Dai Hoi and the others did not help him say good words, yet many other people whom Leonardo was rude to before went on court to say bad words about him. Leonardo was disappointed, in the end; the judge sentenced Leonardo to 200 hours of community service.
Dai Hoi took the money Leonardo took from him previously, and refused to help him open a new company. Leonardo was so angry that he ran way from home. Dai Hoi was worried about him; he could only secretly take care of Leonardo’s daily needs to life. Leonardo finds out Sunny betrayed him, was surprised and angry, Peg comforted him. Leonardo was so upset that he slapped Peg across the face. Peg felt injustice, Shu Yung comforted her, and begged her to help Leonardo go back on the right path, Peg agreed.
Yuk Yan felt that “Chicken In Chicken” will not have someone to make it in the future generation, Man Seung asked Yuk Yan to take Siu Lung as a pupil. Siu Lung and Dai Hoi was grateful. Wilson accompanied Mei Suet to travel around and play, leaving his work behind. Betty finds out Mei Suet and Wilson are going out, had great jealousy in her. Betty accidentally finds out Mei Suet is not an orphan, in front of everyone, she revealed Mei Suet’s true identity, Wilson now hates her for lying to him. Gin Sek’s real adopted child arrived to Hong Kong, Dai Hoi and others knows Mei Suet was fake, Mei Suet left since she could do nothing about it.
Leonardo bumped into Amanda during his community services, Amanda forgot all about the past, but Leonardo could not let go of it. Leonardo suddenly received a request, to be responsible for a huge promotion project, was greatly excited thinking he could have a chance to restart. Leonardo was busy with work, so he did not care much about the community services, this was found out by Amanda and Trammy, Leonardo reversibly said they wanted to persecute him to death.
