But 4th Evil also "scum" he is not special at all except his "speed" he is always behind 3rd and 2nd Evil and 2nd Evil Ye Erniang I think on par or slightly inferior to MCF while OYK one notch below MCF so logically OYK better than 3rd and 4th Evil..
