(New) Windows 10 device stuck at "Windows working on features 100%" screen

Recently got hold of a brand new Windows 10+Android OS device.

When I booted up for the first time, the device got stuck on the "Windows is working on features 100% complete" screen.

I waited for several minutes, nothing.

Pressed and held the power button, it restarted to the same screen.

The solution: It will resolve itself in 40 minutes (great job Microsoft, I started not taking u seriously after Windows 7).


P.S: I will never have Windows 10 on a real computer costing more than $200. These dual boot devices are really cheap (like disposable mini computers). I can only tolerate/put up with Windows 10 on these devices.
