It's already aired up to ep 3 on YouTube's Kukan channel, and subbed up to ep 2!

2021... a TV series looking like it's made in the 80s/90s LOL
Looks like one of the Michael Bay films...
Acting and directing is so bad it's actually hilarious
OK, I take that back.
Some scenes are good.
the location is real, not some CGI, they also shot in the real wudang mountain, the eagle is also real, not CGI , i also like the historical setting based on real history, add some knowledge to me.
and yes, this is old-fashioned style Wuxia traditional
The trailer looks like it was made for a school project. LOL
So far so good for the first 7 episodes. Since it's only 30 eps, it likely won't fall into the mid series slump like most modern Chinese drama. If it can continue at this level it might be the first decent wuxia in years.
Anyone still watching? What's your reviews on this? Don't know to watch or not. A friend of mine watched till ep 30 and give scorching bad review on the ML acting, ML character, editing and storyline. Also give ok-ok only on the fight scenes. But he praised the beautiful locations and live sceneries.
i dont like ep24-32, too much love story on 2nd couple.
overall i satisfy with the series, we dont have much choice for Wuxia traditional genre, so it's ok even though not perfect
Nevermind that MC is a ZWJ clone... BUT y is the female instructor at Wudang called Bu Hui. Is this related to HSDS? Or maybe both stories made use of some common elements from other stories or real ppl?
Better than I thought. Good Wuxia when it's happening. However, this is NOT anything close to Jin Yong
Hi a_tumiwa, Is it by Wen Rui'an, not Ni Kuang? (Info from the new thread by Cleopatra95 and then looked up other sources online.) Or was it ghostwritten or something?
Good lord, there are way too many nightmares, or visions in this series.
Way too MUCH, and I think it ruins the pacing of this show.
This show's pacing is ridiculous.
