With passing away of country founding father last year and a people's ex-president recently, a tinge of sadness happened. I wonder whether the young (<30 years old) have such feelings.
Memory lapse happens more often. E.g. yesterday, I forgot to buy toilet paper and today I forgot to lock my house doors.

I forget as much as you do and I'm not nearly as old..
Self-medication does not help much and self-recovery from illness is slow.
In the past, I hardly see doctors from illness. Always depend on self-medication and self-recovery.
But, nowadays, I have been visiting the physicians more often. Is it a sign of older age and poorer immunity as what my doctor said?
Getting older I dislike change more though we cannot stop the latter.
There is more emotions in the heart, like anger and sadness.

Today, a young guy 20+ commented that my generation does not know a lot of things.
I do not watch Avengers and Game of Thrones though I religiously watched all the eight previous Star Wars movies and watch all future episodes.
When you are getting old, you realize that your elder family members are getting even older and weaker. Take care of them in their twilight years.
