Hien, they're not poppy at all. They're the exact opposite of Alec's; the songs are very ballad-ish and slow and soothing.

Yogurt, I actually really dislike Name of an Angel. It's annoying. ^^;;

ehehe but...but.... alec's Past and Future, WAS ballad-ish and "soothing" lol. what i meant to say was, he had too many of those type that, there was ONLY 2 poppy songs in it. eheh aiya...... so vicki does not even have any fast songs? (it'd be nice to variety).

Hien, I could be wrong, sorry. I haven't listened to Alec's album in a very long time, so I'm only familiar with his old songs.

I have to admit, both AV's new albums were a bit of a disappointment. Alec has so many great albums in the past, and being a singer before an actor, I expected his latest album to be better, but he seemed to be trying very hard to be "cool," and his songs didn't have that special something his older songs did. Vicki well, she's an actress before singer, but her songs weren't as great as I was hoping for. There's not one song on here that I positively love, whereas her older albums maybe had a less mature voice but had songs that were wonderful.

heheh...I grew to like her after a bit...that's what happens when you happen to live with an 11 yr old Hilary Duff fan...

hmm...there are a few fast songs in Vicki's new album, like Zhuang Tai, and also Continuous Rainy Sunday! ^^

ehehe i'm not dissapointed in Alec's latest cd. infact, i thought his voice/singing improved immensely (i mean, he was already great, haha but it was even better lol). the only thing i didn't really liked was his voice seemed a bit "higher" than his earlier works. the older ones (liek even wo de hao qing xing or soemthing like that) he voice was lower-deeper-like 'oooohhhh' manly LOL. and another thing i didn't like was, most of the songs pertained to that damned Aegean Sea "theme" i've had enough of AC

eheheh SORRY for going off topic. ok as for Vicki. i guess i'll just have to go buy the album and see for myself ehehe. i do love her more "mischevious" songs though

and OMG!!!!!!! that little girl in the pic above is adorable!!!!!! a miniture Huan Zhu Ge Ge!!!!!! even her dress looks exactly like one of vicki's gege outfit can someone tell me what was going on at that particular moment? eheh i wonder what's goign through vicki's head----- such blissful memories! i would HOPE she'd remember her once-upon-a-time princess self. *sigh*

I think this is an LV grand opening kinda event...and yes, that guy is indeed Peter Ho...as much as I found it very hard to believe! ^^
I've only actually ever seen him in Vicki's movie Deja Vu, and lets just say he looks nothing like what he does in these pics!
Hehe...I even though he wasn't chinese in a few of them!

SO...............it is Peter ey? aiyaaaaaaaaaaaaaa ehehehhe *sniffs* i've coem to realize AV has been on totally different and seperate paths and never meet up at all anymore-- YET somehow, their paths of career/friends/events/music/fashion/style etc, just basically everything, is yet somehow linked together one way or another-if not directly. eheheh ok so many i'm over analyzing, but i find it rather amusing........ that two peopel should be so close once, then so different now, and yet all along, it's like as if they are so far apart, then again, at the same time, not so far at all. because everything they do, everythign that surrounds them is linked to each other.

ehheeh ok. sorry for the lil tibit. i'm just a lil over-excited tonight haha.
