Anyone remember this serial (dun know if recall the name wrongly).. Casted by Alex Man, Chen Yu lian, Monica Chan, Kwan hoi san, Wilson Lam etc

Think its part of a trilogy by the same director.. but e storyline quite diff..

The last one (can't recall name) had Dicky chan as well & a theme song by Andy Lau.. its shows Alex man losing his mind in the later half

I remember this one vividly.

My friend caught it when it first aired in Hong Kong. She said basically everybody hated Wilson Lam's character and wanted him to die. She also told me a lot of viewers were cracked up by Monica Chan's way of saying "dou dou" (father).

Miss the main cast. Haven't seen Alex Man, Idy Chan and Wilson in anything in the past 12 (???) years.

yes, i remember this one too! a very engaging story ^^. alex man in his prime . i miss wilson lam too. one of my fav actors at that time...

Ya talkin abt it... e entire cast, save Monica & Dicky, seemed to have disappeared... u know, Alex, Chen yulian, Wilson & even the supporting veterans Kwan hoi san, Zhang sanfeng (as alex's dad) & Lau siu meng etc etc...
Miss these oldies... it was indeed a classic, an engaging storyline which beat many today & a solid cast that really cld ACT

Lau siu meng is still acting. He's Raymond Lam's dad in Yummy Yummy.

Monica is still acting, just not on TVB i guess..she's filming in the mainland or other overseas productions

Hi. I watched this series until the very last episode because my videostore couldn't find the tape. I was so mad at them but all they said was, "It was an old series. It's hard to find the last one." And you'd think with a situation like this, they would not charge me for the beginning, but they did! Anyhow, can someone please share the ending? It seems like from the beginning that both girls liked Alex Man.
