I searched and it seems there is no lyrics about this song on the internet. So, I think it would be very hard to find out unless you know which series this is from.

I managed to find out that it is the song played in a series by Gallen, but not sure what is the title of the series.

i just rewatched return of the cuckoo and i think its inside, the is it real love song.
