TVB Artists' Height

Just wondering.

I think for male it is Joe Mak Tak Chung and he stands about 186cm or 6'2".

yup, Joe Ma should be the tallest in TVB.

as for the female actors, I dunno. I think Ada is tall, but dunno if others are taller. Hard to see when they wear high heels.

I don't think Moses it that tall either. But he sure is taller than Bobby.

Joe Ma definitely stands out amongst the guys. I can't think of anyone taller than him in TVB at the moment. As for the females, Myolie Wu is pretty tall. She's like 173 cm or so.

But Jessica looks tall too..

Yeah, it's hard to say who's the tallest female, but for some reason, Myolie just stands out to me. Maybe it's because I'm currently watching "Triumph in the Skies". Other tall female TVB actresses besides the ones already mentioned: Joyce Tang, Kenix Kwok, Bernice Liu

Myolie don't look tall to me in Triumph In The Skies though. You do notice that she is wearing high heels during work right in Triumph In The Skies?

On the other hand, compare that to Ada in To Catch The Uncatchable, she somehow looks taller than Daiyo or maybe because she is very thin, and makes her looks taller?.....

Yep, I do notice that she's wearing high heels, but of course she will seem shorter next to Francis Ng since he's almost 6 feet tall whereas Ada's costar Dayo Wong is like 5'9''. I think Myolie and Ada are around the same height. They are listed as such anyway.

I think she is a bit shorter than Ron too.

Height is pretty much relative. Ada wouldn't fare much better next to Joe Ma or even Francis Ng either.

For the females I think it's a toss between:

1. Ada Choi (listed from 170cm to 173cm).
2. Bernice Liu (listed between 170 to 174cm).
3. Former TVB actress Lee San San (listed as 177cm but I think more like 173ish cm).
4. Sharon Chan (listed as 174cm).

For the guys, I saw in a recent TVB birthday special show, where Joe Ma was a head taller than all the other male finalists.

Moses Chan is about 183 to 185cm as listed, Timmy Hung is 183cm. If anyone saw Burning Flame 1, both Timmy and Joe were in it, and it was hard to tell who was taller really, but I think its gotta be Joe. Note that in that Angels movie, Patrick Tam who is listed to be as 5'11" (180cm) is only slightly shorter than Timmy Hung.

A bit off topic, but seriously, Francis Ng and Leon Lai don't look that tall to me, especially Leon. He looks like he's only around 5'9".

Oh yeah, LSS. I forgot about her. She looked to be practically Sunny Chan's height in DIF IV.

Yeah, I was a bit surprised to see Francis listed as 5'11.5'' at two sites.

Francis Ng looks to be about umm no more than 178cm or 5'10".

Ekin Cheng looks to be about 5'10", so does Leon Lai. It seems that way because Ekin in Born to be King was wayyyyyyy shorter than Peter Ho (that tall Taiwanese doode) who is listed as 184cm or a lil above 6'.

Francis is evidently short when you put him beside Joe Ma. Francis is about a bit taller than Flora.

I would say Francis is about 178 too.....

Sharon chan is tall. I have read that Raymond Lam is about 180 cm tall. And in TLB Sharon is nearly as tall as Raymond.
But sometimes i think if a girl/woman is very very tall she doens't look very pretty. But that was my view of think.
In my view perfect girl/woman's tall is about 165-175.

Raymond obviously is tall, and yeah, Sharon was just a bit shorter than Raymond in The Last Breakthrough, but I didn't think she looks tall though. However, when she is standing with Leila, they don't look too much differences in height, with Leila a tad bit shorter. Sonija is as tall as Sharon however, I think she looks tall because she is a bit thinner.
