I nominate Kung Fu Hustle as one of the worst.

The best would have to be Spider-Man 2. I never thought it would surpass the predessor a lot. I used to think Resident Evil: Apocalypse was cool but now I rank it as the worst film of 2004 that I've seen.

I'm sure some might be gaping at my decision to put Kungfu as one of the best. But seriously, 2004 is really a bad year for HK movies.

Endless stream of Ronald Cheng rubbish, Lau Ching Wan rom coms (I love the guy, but those rom coms...), any crap with Twins in it, half-baked action thrillers banking on the Infernal Affairs craze, so yeah, Kungfu Hustle, despite not as good as I've expected, was almost like fresh air.

Resident Evil 2... for me, I thought it was better than RE1. But zombie movie of the year has to be Shaun of the Dead. Oh yeah!

Ya Shaun of the Dead was a blast. It was a zombie flick that have action and comedy. The conversation between the charactors were funny.

This one got to be one of the best for me in 2004.

The worst for me would be PTU and the best would be Troy (only coz of Brad Pitt and Orlando Bloom even though he's a p*ssy in it).
Heroes :: raymond , bosco, ron, roger, johnny depp, ryan reynolds and ronald cheung

IDOLS :: jessica alba, tavia, myolie, miriam yeung, selena li, natalie tong and bernice

I actually liked PTU a lot. I liked how the movie was just filmed on the steets the whole time. A very simple story line but Johnny To was able to make it very interesting. I just love these Johnny To movies.

PTU is a 2003 movie, and yeah, I liked it.

On the contrary, I hated Troy, but because I saw it after Van Helsing, I didn't hate it that much and kinda enjoyed it mindlessly while watching it.

Infernal Affairs I was probably the best.

Matrix Revolutions was a huge disappointment....

Indeed. It seemed as if it was yesterday when I was badly traumatized by the crapness of Pearl Harbour.

You actually went and saw that movie? I mean, you couldn't tell by the fact that they were trying to push Josh Hartnett as a good "2nd man" that it'll be wanting in terms of talent?

Actually, in that movie, Josh Harnett blew Ben Affleck away.

In relative terms, of course. When Josh Hartnett blows your leading man away, the movie is in trouble.

Kung Fu Hustle isn't as bad as someone said, but at the same time, it's really not that good. As you can tell from the movie, Stephen Chow has ran out of comical ideas for his movies.

Harold and Kumar isn't even that funny. I don't know why you guys thought it was such a funny show. It's not. It's alright.

I kind of like Dawn of the Dead for Zombie movies and Spiderman 2 is very disappointing. I expected greater things. Compared to the first one, the first one is better. Resident Evil 2 wasn't as good as the first one either.

agreeing way too much with you! Resident Evil 2: Apocalypse bored the heck out of me... not to mention Spiderman 2 - that wasn't boring, but it wasn't as good as I imagined it to be
