family story.
gallen is adopted by chun pui and they own a chain of jewelry stores in hk. gallen and his true brother, deric were separated at a very young age because of a boating accident that killed their parents. gallen was rescued by chun pui and brought up as a true son. gallen and chun pui treated each other like true family. however, before becoming a successful businessman, chun pui had ties with the black society. this was uncovered later on and gallen had clashes with his true brother, deric, who plays a cop. at first they don't know they are true brothers. then raymond returns from the states. he plays chun pui's real son from his 2nd wife (1st wife and eldest son died early). he's basically good, but because of his naive nature, got tricked with his evil uncle (chun pui's brother) and thought gallen was after the family fortune. well basically the story's like that. maybe you can check out reviews of the series if you want to know the whole story.

well, the story was just too long to be summarize in one paragraph. if really interested in it go get em.
for me it really worth watching.
