i'm so confused..why are they airing that bobby series now? wasn't it from a long time ago?

i highly doubt that bobby will win...afterall..he doesn't have much series..if any

i think top five male will be : roger, bowie, joe, michael and moses? the last two i'm not sure about

um - all it takes is one excellent portrayal to win the award ... right now only the overseas saw it - we still don't know hk's reaction yet ... so i wouldn't be so sure yet

Didnt Bobby have like NO series this year??? Hidden Treasures was released last year wasnt it? And didnt he got a favourite character last year in his character of Shine on You?

I hope his new series with Kenix Kwok, Benny Chan and Tavia Yeung does well!

i read that HK viewers who paid/subscribed has watched this series before..think it is also tvb's paid channel. it is just shown on the FREE channel now...a year later.

actual to contrary - bobby did have the previous good series called "shine on you" - and that got a lot of good remarks esp. on his versatile acting skills. i think tvb is very likely to give the award to a loyal patron instead of newbies like moses and joe ma.

Shine on you was a 2004 production wasnt it? I didn't like it, lol.

Up to this point its between Moses and Joe Ma. I'm still waiting to see Roger's new series, I heard it will be really good.

Besides, isn't Bernice the biggest contender for Most Improved?
Furthermore, I don't think Ah Mo will win for Love Bond...It must be other series if he wins.

the only thing i don't doubt is that bosco winning best newcomer and that boscolie may win best chemistry. kenix: she has a big chance of winning but love bond? i don't think so. she dosen't stand out so much there. it's just like another series. if she does win, i kinda feel it's out from RDOV.

that list probably isn't true..i doubt moses will win best actor, i don't think they'll give it to him yet. he was good in LB, but not super wonderful. and if kenix wins, i think it should be for RDOV and not LB

they show Hidden Treasures so that Bobby can qualify as the top five contender for actor category. winning is another story...
Shine On You is definitely not this year's. It is the same year as War and Beauty.
I on the other hand prefers Kenix's performance in Love Bond because she is very good at those emotional, crying scenes in there. She also has more screentime in Love Bond. Revolving--I think her role was important sometimes..and then she's sometimes missing from some episodes, showing up only in bits and pieces! Her role doesn't stand out to me.

Best Couple: Charmaine & Kevin Cheng - Yummy Yummy

But I don't think this will happen bcoz TVB like to give the awards to those Actors/Actresses that have being absent for years and then came back again. Some kinds of promotion to make viewers aware of their comeback.

I can see that you have forgotten all the other series that came before Yummy Yummy. It's very obvious that Yummy Yummy is your most recently watched sreies.

I don't think it would be based on votings from audience like in the past. It would be decided like a conventional award ceremony (like the Emmys)

Clever TVB. Now TVB can give the awards to whoever they want. Viewers can't even complain unfairness because TVB will just say these actors' performances are judges by its (TVB) panel of professional judges.
