This is for Swordmaster - thing is that this one is a bit out of sync.... oh well - enjoy!

Eternal Happiness (Long Synopsis from the HK TVB site)

Our story starts in Jiangnan Chui Juk Village where there is a family named Mang whose daughter Mang Lai Kwan loves to dress up as a man and sneak out to go to school and make friends, against the wishes of her father Mang See Yuen. An opportunity arises where Lai Kwan (dressed as a man) meets Tit Muk Yee who is the grandson of the emperor and honest man Wong Po Siu Wah and the fate of the three become entwined. Kwan is obsessed by the sound of a flute player and she thinks this person is Tit and falls in love with him. However, her father wants her to marry Wah, but she doesn't know that she is betrothed to her friend because they both lied about their names.

Lau Fui Bik is the son of official Lau Cheet meets Kwan's friend and maid So Ying Suet and mistakes her for Kwan and starts to woo her. Yuen has no choice but to set an archery contest for his daughter's hand in marriage between Wah and Bik. Running out of ideas, Kwan sends for Tit to tell him how she feels and her real identity. Unfortunately, Tit is called back to the palace because of his father's illness so he tells Wah to go and meet Kwan. She is very disappointed and tells him to go away. For the sake of her own future, Kwan decides to run away with her maid Wing Lan. On her travels, Kwan meets a gang of robbers who claim to be descendants of the Liangshan heroes and then meets up with Wah who is being persecuted by Bik. When she finds out that this man is her fiance, she feels nothing for him and continues to hide her own identity.

On the other hand, Tit returns to only see his father one last time. After his father dies, the emperor Kublai Khan makes Tit the heir to the throne, much to the displeasure of the Ninth Prince. When Tit is troubled because of this, his good friend and cousin Princess Fut Jan is there to help him solve his problems. On her way to the capital, Kwan meets the empress who is out sightseeing in disguise and the two become great friends. Tit leaves the palace once again to look for his grandmother the empress and once again he meets Kwan who is troubled. After spending more time with her, he falls in love with her. Kwan dresses as a woman to show Tit her real identity, but once again Tit is called back to the palace and he calls on Wah to go and meet Kwan. As a result, Wah finds out that Kwan is really a woman and Kwan is disappointed again. The two decide to head to the capital together.

Whilst travelling together, Kwan finally gets to see the good points of Wah and Wah also develops feelings for Kwan, but still unsure of her real identity, he buries his emotions because of his betrothal to the "real" Kwan. When Kwan finds out that the real flute player is Wah, her feelings for him suddenly change to love. Tit succeeds to the throne and decides to open the examinations to gain some new officials and opens these exams to the Han people: Kwan decides this is a perfect opportunity to gain power and save her father who has been framed by Cheet. Tit knows that Kwan enters the exams and helps her along the way after she passes and becomes an official, still as her alter ego. He forces her to marry the daughter of the Ninth Prince in an attempt to disclose her identity, but the princess turns out to be Suet who jumped into a river to escape Bik and was rescued. She agrees to keep the secret and the two continue the act as a married couple. After Suet has become Kwan's "wife" she asks about Kwan's feelings towards Tit and Wah.

To evade his feelings for the male Kwan, Wah runs away, leaving a note saying that he must leave to keep his promise to his fiancee "Lai Kwan". Kwan is moved by this. When Kwan becomes an official and realises Tit's real identity, she requests for justice for the Mang family and te Wong Po family. When Tit is visiting, the Ninth Prince's assassins attack, but he is rescued by Wah. He is rewarded and is made a general in the court, giving him more opportunity to be with Kwan, but thinking that Kwan and Tit are a couple, he does little to make his feelings for her clear. But Kwan has already decided that Wah is the one she loves. Kwan's identity is finally found out one day and the Ninth Prince blackmails Tit about this - making him give up his kingdom or reveal Kwan's identity so she will be punished by death.....

I am a girl...
Thanks for the support Charmaine - I have no excuse for my English to be poor as I am from the UK!

Film freak - the synopses are only published when the shows are released on TVBI or on TVB Hong Kong so you'll have to be patient and wait for them to come out before I can translate. Sorry but I didn't do very well at predicting the future class...
Network Love is on page 1 of this thread already.
(Dunno if it is just your grasp of English but you do seem to lack some courtesy in some of your posts!)

Hey ... no offence intended - it was merely an observation!

To make up for it, I have visited my local TVB shop (ok I know the owners) and scrounged some literature about forthcoming series. Not synopses as such, but here are a few tasters:

Golden Faith

Cast: Gallen Lo, Jessica Hsuan, Deric Wan, Anne Heung, Raymond Lam, Michelle Yip, Shek Sau, Paul Chun

"Golden and Diamond studded cast - major drama - one not to be missed"

To achieve a golden lifetime needs a roaring fire to mould it! When met with conflicts between love and respect, how many people can take the heat and survive?

Take My Word For it!

Cast: Bobby Au Yeung, Kenix Kwok, Julian Cheung, Annie Man, Moses Chan, Choi Chi Kin, Yeung Yuen Yee

"A group of highly skilled negotiators with the motto 'Living is worthwhile' will help you to expand your life's ambitions."

Pang Kwok Leung and Kan Kit are the best of partners who will do anything for each other, but how will they fare on becoming love partners?

Yeung Kwong and Yip Ho Yan have totally opposite attitudes to work, but the road to love and success is not straight so will they end up in the same direction?

Loving You 2 (The Threat of Love 2)

Cast: Lawrence Ng, Sheren Tang, Sit Kar Yin, Chung King Fai, Kevin Cheng, Yeung See Kei

"Love can be found everywhere and is welcomed by all, treasure what you have and say 'I love you' and mean it!"

Building on the first series, continuing to use romantic and light-hearted approach to bring you some more different love stories.

Love and Again

Cast: Alex Fong, Sonija Kwok, Moses Chan, Fiona Yuen, Michael Tse

"The love between a human and a ghost - how will it end? Alex, Sonija, Moses and Michael bring you a love story full of romance, emotion and affection!"

A new official ghost calls up the wrong spirit, causing a human to lose control of life!

The Battle Against Evil

Cast: Kwan Tak Fai, Michael Tong, Moses Chan, Lo Man Chong, Jade Leung, So Yuk Wah, Lee See Pui

"Capturing the best of electronic imagery and superb photography to bring you into the world of gods and fairies."

A thousand years may have passed, but the feeling of vengeance lives on!
The debts left by fate - how can they be repaid and cleared?
A complicated and twisted history creates a rift and a battle between the forces of good and evil....

As soon as the full synopses are up, I'll get them on here for you all!
