Default Which protagonist kept the lowest profile?

Which protagonist was known by the least amount of people?

It seems that Jin Yong's protagonists were all pretty well known (except maybe Wei Xiaobao), but not so for Gu Long's. For example, Ye Kai was all but forgotten within a few years of his story. It seems that he didn't make a name for himself at all, but Fu Hongxue was more well known.

For Jin Yong, I'd say Duan Yu, Xu Zhu, and Shi Potian were low profile, while Guo Jing, Yang Guo, Zhang Wuji, Chen Jialuo, Xiao Feng were high profile. Not sure about Linghu Chong.

For Gu Long, the protagonist in Liu Xing, Hu Die, Jian, Meng XingHun were not well known because he is a assassin. Also, Shen Lang were not well known in the beginning of the novel, I am not sure if he is well known later on though, I forgot.

What? He was just well-known to every single person with a connection to the Sun-Moon cult as well as being a fairly well-known Head Disciple of Huashan as well as having some of his own contacts in wulin

I think Wei Xiaobao is very well known.

Protagonist who kept the lowest profile, I think is Di Yun..

He is not very well known throughout jianghu, and he when back and live as a hermit shortly after becoming one of the best of his era.

Taz, do you ever contribute to threads with meaningful posts?

Back to topic, would Hu Fei be considered low profile. Once he learned his family's sabre technique, he became the Flying Fox, but did anyone even know who he was? This novel is not discussed very much so I'm a bit unclear about the story.

Man, I still haven't read Linked Cities. All I know is that it's atypical like DOMD and really dark n'stuff.
