er, when you go to an item, you will see on the right corner the name of the seller, and he/she will have a rating in there. sometimes it's indicated there that he/she is a powerseller. powerseller means...er the name explains it already. someone who's not a newbie in selling these items. and you will also see something like feedback on the seller. go and read the feedback to determine if the seller can be trusted or not. some will give positive feedbacks, some neutral, and some negative. actually the seller from meg lives in singapore and he/she sells tvb series. but i think her pricing's and shipping are quite high. but overall she's still a good seller. if you're interested in one of his/her items, just drop her a msg and ask him/her whatever it is that you want to ask. better if you're already sure of buying you click the buy it now option so that you will have something like a contract in ebay. read more abt buying rules in ebay hope this helps! good luck!
