Many if not most chinese/korean/japanese actors and actresses don't know how to make out esp. compared to American actors. It's all awkward looking sometimes.

My vote for favorite kiss goes to:
Wallace Huo and Michelle Yip in Tian Xia Di Yi

me too, i super loved that kiss.. it looked kind of real and not just "acting", oh yeah and it was just about a couple of seconds but the effect was like you wanted to rewind it to check if you'd seen a tongue LOL

The one in spider lilies was three times hotter.. yeah but you couldn't feel the passion while they were doing it. Maybe it's just that because I have seen tian xia di yi and knew about their story.

haha, i just finished fong shi yu (dicky cheung), and loved the kiss b/w zhang wei jian and he mei tian in there (shi yu and xiao xiao).
some kisses i like
1) shi yu xiao xiao kiss in shao nian ying xiong fang shi yu
2) in tian xia di yi, i liked the cute little kiss on the cheek chen shi fei (roger kwok) gave to yun luo (tammy chen). it was just sweet.
3) raymond and michelle's underwater kiss in lofty waters verdant bow

but generally, i like really nice hugs. if done properly, hugs are even better than kisses. for example, my favorite couple (xiao xian nu and xiao yu er) had only one kissing scene, but i still like any one of their hugging scenes better than their kissing scene, like the time when xiao yu er had to steal huo ling zhi, or when xiao yu er rescued xiao xian nu from the water, or when xiao xian nu bit him on the chin to see whether she was dreaming, and then hugged him, or when xiao xian nu dropped the ax and hugged him. they were just very well done and very moving.

yeah, wallace was definitely using tongue, i wanted it to be longer, though.

Vincent and Alyssa in Miracle Healer. They lost the tape for that so it wasn't aired with that scene.
