Can u perform a handstand?

i m just curious. who can do handstand here. not against the wall though. well , if u can, how long can u last. i m not askin the ppl who have gymnastics as their cca.

Do you need help doing one? Practice against the wall first then when you get your centre of balance right try away from the wall with your elbows slightly bent and use your legs to keep your balance. At first try to practice with your legs slightly apart, at first i found walking forward with my hands helped me learn to keep my balance... if u fall over bend your legs and have your feet hit the floor to absorb the impact.

Not really hard to do... if you practice for about a week you should be able to do one with decent balance.

yup sure i can. but for most probably 8 secs.. quite pathetic though. very hard to balance.

if against the wall,i can do for very long,but not against the wall,maximum about 12 seconds
