Default Taoist's martial arts vs Bhuddist's martial arts!

If 2 person, the 1st one reaching the highest limit of martial arts of Taoist such as: Xiao Yao sect's skills + Beiming Shengong + 9 Yin Zhen Jing's skills + Wudang's techniques etc. and the other one reaching the highest limit of martial arts of Bhuddist such as: 9 Yang + Shaolin temple's elite skills + 6 Pulse Devine Swords of Tian Long temple of Dali + Dragon Elephant Divine art of Jinlun Guoshi + etc., fight with each other, which one would be victorious?

    I choose Bhuddist's martial arts. .

The 2 of them would probably blow each other up together with everything else in a huge radius.

    both are powerful.

Both have the unlimited factor but:

Shaolin needs enlightment to continue the endless boundary.
Daoist just needs you to practice while you're sleeping or just practice in some way during rest to have the endless increase.
In terms of the endless factor: Daoism is better.

The highest level of Daoist and Buddhist arts are equal. On face level, the Yin Yang dualty is a total contrast against Buddhism's egolessness. But the dots within the Yin Yang and Buddhist egolessness are extremely similiar. Even the same. So i think that at the highest level, there is no difference between Daoist and Buddhist arts.
Burying his Dugu 9 Jian manual under an epitaph, Dugu Qiubai felt he has left his legacy for the next generation. He then moved to Shaolin to study Buddhism, sweep floors and tap elite fighters.

I'd say Buddhist arts are better. You can get "more enlightened" much faster than you can get "more sleep".

Edit: On the other hand of the arts that appear in the books, the Taoist ones like the Xiao Yao Sect arts are better.

well, not neccesary. It's true that some people that don't get enlightened in years.
For instance, if a person was stuck in the middle of nowhere and learned Buddhism with no life anywhere, do you think he can get enlightened? Doubtful.
Taoism, doesn't have to do anything with the nature or surrounding.

given the fact that both are powerful against each other, i would say a draw.
    Let him be violent,
    Let him be evil,
For me, it is enough if I
just breathe in my pure energy."

definitely a draw, at the highest level, all martial arts are the same, it's just two different roads to the same end.

How about Zen-like martial arts like Dugu 9 swords? Zen is probably the intersection between taoism and buddhism.

untrue, high levels of taoism also needs understanding and enlightenment of "the way". that is, the "true" way.

I'd say draw. Both are too powerful to be beaten.

They seem equal in terms of fighting power at the top level, but taoist martial arts in JY novels are superior due to their bonus perks and quicker progress.

Taoist martial arts give bonus perks that are very unorthodox such as youthful appearance (Li QuShui, Ding ChunQiu heck the 70+ years old Ren Wo Xing who still has jet black hair probably due to learning a derivative of BeiMing Shengong)

The invincible in 8 direction style that Tian Shan Tong Lao learned gives you back your youth for 30 days or so. I'm sure there are old men out there who would give a lot to recover their youth just for a few days.

And Beiming is the ultimate inner power style.

Mastering too many advanced internal techniques will cause the balls and some other internal organs of both competitors to explode as a result of storing too much internal energy. Hence we'll see a draw.

    Kantian martial arts are superior.
    Reverend Rongku prepared himself.

Suddenly, he toss his hands and screamed: "I am not human! I am an animal!"

The crowd startled at such a bizarre beginning to the story.

I'd say that dugu quibai's level of no-sword is very similar to samurai zen.
Anybody read Miyamoto Musashi's Book of Five Rings?
