    Default I have a question...

    On this forum, I've seen a lot of fan-made banners of various series such as Feng Shen Bang and Amazing Twins and stuff like that

    and I was thinking: omg! they are so pretty! I wanna make them too!

    I was wondering which software allows you to make these banners??

    Example: Photoshop, Fireworks, Paint Shop Pro........
