Ups and Downs In the Sea of Love is a TVB production, unless you're talking about Love On the Aegean Sea.

try local tvb store, i know its not that helpful but this series is like 2003, so its gunna be hard to find. btw it was a great series.

I was lucky to bought it at eBay a few years ago. Ever since then, have watched this series 5 times. I enjoyed it a lot tho a lot of people said that this series is one of those that easily be forgotten. I'm sure the local TVB rental stores should have it.
