FTP HELP!!!

Hi to all!

I'm really frustrated with the ftp thing now.Got a directory in my ftp server which I cannot seem to delete away at all.The response from the ftp server is always: "550 Directory is not empty"and the file I wish to delete remains intact I check on that directory and it's empty but the response keep saying otherwise.I've tried shifting here and there but the file just refused to get deleted.WTH!?

I have used LeapFTP and Filezilla FTP and both bore the same response.

Does anyone know how to delete away the file that is sticking fast to my ftp server like gum and I just cannot get rid of it??? Plzz help!!!

You don't have permission for that directory (Access Denied). Make sure you check your permission
