i don't know about the dry ice, but they have it in boston. i've never tried it, but one of my friends has, and she says the lobster is still alive while you eat it.

i'd tell you, but then i'd have to kill you. j/k. i actually don't know. i'm assuming they do, but it's a new system, and the mods are still getting used to it. regardless of whether they're deleted or not, a moderator will usually remember warning you or giving you an infraction, and will take that into consider if he/she contemplates banning you.

    Ok, just one off-topic answer.

Your infraction given by another friendly moderator (i.e. not me) has expired, but still remains in our records.

    texas roadhouse
    outback steakhouse
    chilis

I go to Applebees after work very often with co-workers for a few drinks. And buffalo wings are half price after hours so we get like 4 orders of those. As for real food I go to Cafe Presto, a greek inspired restaurant. Their specialty house rice is awesome!

i call those places fast food restaurants. a chain restaurant to me is a sit down place, relatively cheap, with locations in malls, but not in the food court. i know you must have some of those in kangaroo land!

lol...to clarify guys, Fast Food : Chain :: Square : Rectangle. We got it?

I don't eat out much because it's so artery-clogging and I'm too poor anyhow (the latter being the real reason) but my favourite chain is RED LOBSTER. Their food is okay but I don't like most of their entrees (too expensive...and the one time I got their pasta it was way too cheesy) but they have the most amazing CHEDDAR BAY BISCUITS. So now all I ever do is order a New England Clam Chowder and Cheddar Bay Biscuits...maybe an appetizer if I'm hungry.

u usually find the local steakhouse at the local pub!!! LOL!
lol I think you missed pem's point. The Outback Steakhouse = Outback = Australia, so it'd make sense for there to be one in Aus.

I don't eat out much anymore...when I'm out with my friends we usually go to cafes and have sandwiches and soup instead of that whole darn meal. Lately I seem satisfied pulling out a box of Honey Bunches of Oats and eating handful after handful while surfing the net or during other stupid stuff. I don't know what I'm going to do when I go on vacation this summer...

Does anyone know if you can bring cereal boxes on airplanes, or are my HBOs going to get confiscated?

Natick...jennie you're from MA? While you're in Natick you should also try Minado (in fact, you MUST try it ). It's a sushi buffet and they have a huge selection of sushi and sashimi and these really cute green tea cakes and green tea ice cream and iced crab legs and lots of other seafood and udon and miso soup. And because it's a buffet you can eat as much as you want!
yea, i'm from MA..r u? n ahh Minado! haha, well the last time i been there was prob. 4 years ago? -_- i went when it first opened n the food was alrite...wasn't ALL THAT n the bill came to be $80 for 3 people[WTF?] so i never went back. they must've added more sushi n sashimi selections huh?
n OMFG. i'm going on the plane this thursday!! i'm leaving to VN & i'm so ****ing excited! where r u heading?

I like food but I really suck at cooking even if I follow the recipe it still get messed up. My favorites are Chinese, Vietnamese, and Italian. I have not had the chance to taste Japanese but I want to. Seafood is one of my favs too. I like chocolate cakes but not cheesecake, so the cheesecake factory is out for me.

I don't like it when people say it's gross when someone else is eating either. However what really gets me is people insulting the food of a particular nation or region to a person of that area's face. My friend's mom is a picky eater, I decided to have my birthday party at home one year and had Chinese and Vietnamese food, later on I threw a graduation party for my friend and she was like can we have some other food this time. I think that was really rude, I was insulted even though I didn't make the food.
