Yamada Taro monogatari

Just finished episode 2...the part where the girl was daydreamimg they were princes was bak-sho des (made me really laugh) ..ha ha...! it was so lame...I am unable to catch up with just 2 dramas this summer season, having a difficult time just watching Yamada Taro...hana kimi....I am not even half-way done with episode 1....

Mimura's grandpa commented that Yamada's "Tamiko" looked like a man on day one, but then later developed somewhat of a crush on "her" since "she" reminded him of his love.

Overall, I'm finding this series less and less the appealing the more I watch. There's really nothing that makes me want to continue whether it be the storyline, characters, or cast. Based on what I've seen thus far, I'm finding this season's series to be the weakest one ever, but hopefully something will change my mind.

I thought it was all right. I felt kind of bad for the cow.

Episode 4 appears to be another change of pace with the return of daddy Yamada.

I feel bad for this, but I have to agree with the general Japanese audience; Ninomiya Kazunari isn't good-looking enough and he doesn't look like a prince charming either.

I agree with the rest of this thread that the lead doesn't look as princely as he should be. The second lead looks better and fits well too.

I enjoyed watching this show although the storyline is very very simple. This show gives a feel-good feeling and is easy to watch.

On the downside, I feel the show didn't really bring out the essence of the storyline much. Taro was supposed to be a poor 'prince'. They didn't really show his athelthism, how people came to believe he's actually rich aside from having good grades even though he didn't cover up that he's poor!
