Has anyone read Memoirs of a Geisha. I justed finsihed reading it in a week or two. I just wanted to know what you guys think of it and how it could be better.

Having re-read the book in recent past while waiting to watch the movie, i find it again to be a pretty moving book that is structured pretty well - a worthwhile read of a journey into a geisha home and then into a relationship.

the book was fairly simple to read and i finished it in a few days. the ending couldve been better but it would have changed the basis of the story.
honestly, i have yet to watch the movie.The best part of believe is the lie.

it was pretty creepy though how she fell in love with a guy three times her age or similar...
History repeats itself. Historians simply repeat each other.
