I've gotten all the STAR WARS and SUPERMAN soundtracks. I'm a sucker for that John Williams stuff.

Ashes of Time OST is definitely the best composed score I have ever heard. It evokes every emotion and haunts you with it. Unforgettable to this day!

Once Upon a Time in China OST (comprised of songs from the first 5 movies) is very good. Unfortunately, it doesn't have my favorite song on it, which was played during David Chiang's scenes in OUATIC 2.

Warriors of Heaven and Earth has a good OST.

Of course, Hero and CTHD are up there.

Outside the Chinese realm, I _LOVE_ Ennio Morricone, who composed for Sergio Leone, and Nino Rota, who composed for Federico Fellini and was responsible for the Godfather OST.

Although not a score, the Coyote Ugly soundtrack is excellent.

Hey, me too! For film score, I have the Star Wars, Superman, Indiana Jones, Empire of the Sun and a couple more John Williams soundtracks. I also have Hans Zimmer's Backdraft, Crimson Tide, The Rock and Gladiator. I have a few more film scores, but don't feel like listing everything.

For compilation of songs, I have Stand by Me, Forrest Gump, You've Got Mail, Benny and Joon, ..., but my favourite is Trainspotting. If you really want to know my taste in popular music, Trainspotting's soundtrack is almost spot on.

I don't own many albums/CDs, my collection consists mainly of Joy Division and New Order and soundtracks. The soundtracks count more than half of my tiny collection.
My obsessions: Joy Division, New Order, Bones, The Office.

The TOP GUN soundtrack was also a pretty good sampler of pop/rock music circa 1986. I only got the record for the Berlin song "Take My Breath Away."

Crouching Tiger and Hidden Dragon - really nice music.
A life less ordinary - probably no one knows the movie but it's great.
Too bad the most significant song is not on the OST
