Who are the top 5 most like villains (somewhat evil side) by spcnet members? You can include from any novel (well-known hopefully) JY or GL.

Chow Chi Yerk from HSDS I believe would be in there.
Yeung Hong from LOCH?
Yip Gu Sing from LSF?

My favourite villain is of course, Princess Lianxing! (Twin Siblings)

Actually I don't really count her as a villain.

The others would be:
Daerba (ROCH)
Xie Xun (HSDS) - if we count him as villain
Ye Gucheng (LXF)
Lin Xian-er (Sentimental Swordsman Ruthless Sword) - too hot to resist

Ah, Lian Xing, possibly the hottest wuxia handicap female ever.

Why isn't Yao Yue on your list if Lin Xian Er is? Yao Yue is way better than Lin Xian Er in everything (except for looks, who YY is not below much).

Gu Long, overall, created more villains that I thought were cool than Jin Yong did.

By comparison, I thought most of Jin Yong's villains were rather simplistic. This didn't make them untenable villains, but just not as cool as Gu Long's.

Jiang Yulong - He's not necessarily one of my favorite villains, I love it when Xiao Yu'er bests him every single time!

Li Mouchou - sometimes feel bad for her

Tian Bagong - SPW was such a fun story overall, I liked him better than the other villains.

JYL, ah man, he is my most hated male character in wuxia. I even have some new admiration of how well a villain Jiang Gum is, but JYL is a f'n loser.

I guess you only think JYL is funny for time and time again being outplayed by XYE right?

Only Miejue I hate more than anyone else.

Good choice with LMS.

I think TBG falls into the good guy category.

Just he is a rapist ala Wan Chi Ping, Wei Xia Bao, Yang Xiao, among others.

mine's based on the 80's tvb adaption of clh starring miu kiu wai. simon yam's role as the bat prince was really cool as a villain. can't think of another villain who can top him for now.

Ouyang Feng, from LOCH through ROCH, probably beginning with his descent into insanity. Although he was mostly a good person in ROCH - it was nice how he passed away with a final recognition of H7G and himself.

Yeung Hong from LOCH tops it all. More of a tragic character though. Stupid, weak mother allowed him to be brought up thinking he's a Jin, even self-righteous Taoist priest QCJ continued lying to him throughout his life...then suddenly at 18 expect him to turn towards the Songs whom he regarded as the enemy all his life? I think QCJ got away too easily for being such a two-faced self-righteous bastard.
