Summary:

LEUNG HAU-CHI (Choi Siu Fun, Ada), a career woman in her 30s, has all the attributes of a typical Hong Kong girl - fussy, arrogant and easily irritated by the sight of beautiful young ladies. She is desperate for love and has been eagerly waiting for the thrilling miracles of life. As CHI is plunged into misery and despair, something strange happens and leads to her abrupt transformation into a superwoman of charm and immense strength. Every time CHI mutates, she is equipped with extraordinary powers, through which she fights for justice and helps the weak, joyously exploring and experiencing a dazzling kaleidoscope of adventures. Along the way, she is happy to have met three nice men, namely the brave yet traditional policeman YEUNG HO-YIN (Wong Tak Bun), the good-natured gentleman turned nouveau-riche businessman TSU WING-FAI (Raymond Cho), and the super-talented genius KAN MING-HIN (Chan Ho, Moses). Fortuitously, HIN is in love with CHI in both her usual and mutated states, leaving her stranded on the horns of a dilemma.

It is always hard to be plain and perfect at the same time. Despite the extraordinary powers she has, CHI is unable to get out of the maze of love. How is CHI going to handle it all? What more perfect choice could there be for her?

Synopsis:
The leading lady (Ada Choi) is an average Hong Kong girl. Her career is plain and she has zero love life. She longed for miracles to happen on her. Under strange fate, she received a magic lipstick – when she applies it on she will be transformed into a gorgeous superwoman. Apart from her monotonous work as administrative staff, she start 'part-time' as a heroine to [Eradicate evil, help the poor]. Miracles also happened to her luck in love. In the past she have a blank love life but now she unexpectedly got involved with three men: A talented playboy (Moses Chan), an egoist police detective (Kenny Wong) and a timid office guy (Raymond Cho). Since she gained the ability to fly, she became ultra hectic as well.

A modern superhero tv series from TVB? That's unheard of! Well not since the 90s, we haven't had something like this. Either TVB is being creative or TVB is really running out of ideas.

Ada looks kinda old in the 2nd picture from that angle or maybe it's the make-up.

Ada Choi (蔡少芬) appeared in festive red for a promotional event with her skincare sponsors Olay today. When reporters commented that she looked like a giant lucky packet, she smiled that she was tying in with the festive atmosphere and also co-ordinating with the red packaging for her sponsor's new product.

Asked if she will be going on vacation with her husband Max Zhang (張晉) for the festive season, Ada replied that she will be filming for TVB's forthcoming new production Superwoman <女超人>, so she will be spending the holidays working. However, Ada laughed that she is happy to have work in the current economic climate, so she has no complaints.

Ada revealed that she is more concerned about her skin suffering from having to work late into the night again during filming. She said that with all the shooting done in high definition, then she will have to work hard to keep her skin in top condition for the cameras.

When asked if she will be sharing her sponsor's product with her husband, Ada laughed that she always puts some aside for him and this keeps his skin looking good and makes him even more handsome.

Ada disguised as superwoman to court 3 guys

[On.cc] Ada Choi, Moses Chan, Kenny Wong, Raymond Cho, Queenie Chu etc attended the costume tryout for new series [Superwoman]. Ada stands out the most with her low cut top and attracting all the attention with her good figure.

Ada expressed that she felt a little shy wearing so sexy: "Actually my figure has always been good, just that I didn't show off. Sounds fun this time and I can even court 3 guys!"

Moses Chan prefer younger version of Chu Ling Ling

Moses dyed his hair white in the new series and his role is a plastic surgeon. When asked if he prefer women with smaller or heavier bosom, he indicate that the most important is to fit the 'golden ratio' and having healthy skin. The younger version of Chu Ling Ling is a good example.

Queenie Chu considered breast enlargement for the role

Queenie portrays a woman with huge bosom in [Superwoman]. She revealed though that she have attempted over an hour to create a deep cleavage effect but it's still not good enough. She even considered breast enlargement surgery, seemingly taking her professionalism a bit too seriously.

I haven't seen Ada with long hair (although it's fake) in a long time so it'll be refreshing and she looks lovely! And it's good to see Queenie getting promoted (in another series alongside Ada) since I think she has potential.
