"Si Heng" that is. The foundation tends to be painful but with regular practice, you'd get "numb" to whatever means pain. Should I say, you won't feel the pain anymore.

Quit running away from the warm-ups.
What can I say? I'm still standing! No weapon against me shall prosper! I am more than a conqueror!!!

I don't care to sit by the window on an airplane. If I can't control it, why look?

Aww....come'on, Lun! Yes, it'll be painful, definitely! Just do your stretching exercises, keep doing! Stretch not only during the class but at any possible time. Your veins will loosen up as you keep doing them.

You have to stretch always if you want to get the flexibility. I'm "speaking" from experience. Jia you!
