It's possible that I am on the same path. It would not be a surprise if I stay single all my life

With passing away of country founding father last year and a people's ex-president recently, a tinge of sadness happened. I wonder whether the young (<30 years old) have such feelings.

Lee Kuan Yew was a great leader. He passed away at an age of 91 so nothing to feel sad about. He had a great long life. It's not a tragedy when people pass away of old age (more than 70) because it's part of life cycle. Any thing over 70 is considered as bonus.

Memory lapse happens more often. E.g. yesterday, I forgot to buy toilet paper and today I forgot to lock my house doors.

Self-medication does not help much and self-recovery from illness is slow.
In the past, I hardly see doctors from illness. Always depend on self-medication and self-recovery.
But, nowadays, I have been visiting the physicians more often. Is it a sign of older age and poorer immunity as what my doctor said?

Which strategy is better? Mix with people who are younger than you or older than you?

Forgetful. For example, three days ago, I issued a cheque, totally forgetting about it. When I checked today, I wonder why my bank balance has become smaller.

Perhaps something positive on becoming old is that your priorities change.

I do not watch Avengers and Game of Thrones though I religiously watched all the eight previous Star Wars movies and watch all future episodes.
