i watched the first episode of this, its pretty good. i personally dont like wang luo dan though, so maybe ill just watch the parts with HXM and YM. although just HXM might make watching the whole thing worth while. has anyone seen it? is it worth watching?

I've watched the first 10 episodes. I think its okay, but the plot seems kinda confusing and is a little draggy at some points.

If you're going to watch for Yang Mi, don't bother, cause she's in maybe the first 6-7 episodes of the series. The main stars are HXM and WLD.

I had high hopes for this series, but it got kind of draggy for me. Also, much as I loved WLD in Fen Dou and Wo De Qing Chun... her character here ended up being really annoying and simpleminded. HXM's acting also fell a little flat. Not surprisingly, the romance which was a main focus of the story felt unconvincing and uninspired for me.

There are some interesting highlights in here, family intrigue is always fascinating, but it definitely did not live up to the hype. If you like HXM and/or have a lot of time to burn, give this a try I guess. It certainly isn't the worst of recent Chinese dramas pushed out into the market, but there isn't much to say for it either.

same here i really dont like WLD though... of course theres not gonna be any chemistry between them! the compatibility is ZERO
