    Aside from what I normally eat which is between Chinese and Vietnamese, my favorite would have to be either Italian or Mexican. Both are quite fatty, but they are so good especially Italian. : )


    I've always wondered how French foods would taste like.

    Asian Cuisine is my favorite, whether it was an Indian, Japanese or Chinese, I so love eating noodles, dim sum and food that is really hot and spicy,

    My favorite cuisine is a Bengali cuisine I always love that Dish. Hopefully, you all will like it too its calls The Dish a Chingri Malai Curry.
    The recipe of the dish is -
    This dish basically a prawn dish , the ingredients of this dish are-
    o Jumbo prawns or lobsters, with the skin over the heads and tails being intact (deveined): 4 (medium-sized)
    Freshly scraped coconut paste: ¾ cup
    o Turmeric powder (for marination): ¾ tsp
    o Salt (for marination): ¾ tsp
    o Mustard oil: ½ cup
    o Onion (very finely chopped): 1 cup
    o Ginger paste: ¾ tsp
    o Freshly made black-mustard-seed paste: 1.5 tsp
    o Whole dried bay leaf: 1 (big)
    o Whole cinnamon (cassia bark): 1 (one-inch stick)
    o Whole green cardamoms: 4
    o Raisin paste: 1 tsp
    o Cumin seeds: ¼ tsp
    o Red chili powder: ½ tsp
    o Cumin powder: ¾ tsp
    o Turmeric powder (for the curry): ½ tsp
    o Salt (for the curry): ¾ tsp (or according to taste)
    o Granulated sugar: ¼ tsp
    o Ghee(Indian clarified butter): 1 tsp
    o Green chilies: 4
    o Water: 1 cup

    Now how to make it
    1.
    Blanch the prawns in turmeric water.
    2. Heat mustard oil in a pan and add sugar and whole cumin.
    3. Add ginger paste, cumin powder, red chili powder and turmeric powder and sauté
    4. Now add the prawns and slit green chilies and stir for few minutes.
    5. Add the coconut milk, cook for few more minutes and then add salt.
    6. In the end, sprinkle garam masala and ghee on top and serve.

    There are tons of different jelly/jam flavors out there. Grape, apple, strawberry, and more What is your favorite flavor of jam/jelly? I like these two that I get from the farmers market in the summer. One is raspberry and blueberry together and one is strawberry and blueberry together.
