I think it'd be creepier if I knew the person whose breasts produced the milk, but as it stands, there's not a major difference between milk from the breasts of some woman I don't know and milk from the udders of a cow I don't know.

Breast milk is better than cow's milk because it's more suitable and compatible with the human body.
